Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Central London/Covent Garden in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major London sights on your doorstep, you will not find a better location!
We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:

- Keep down the noise, especially after 10:00 pm

May 2022What a beautiful, Cousy apartment. it felt like home. We travel a lot and prefer Airbnb over Hotels. the location is amazing. the neighborhood is quite but if you walk 5 minutes in any direction and you'll find the busy crowded places. its very close to Soho, China town, Piccadilly square, Covent garden, Leicester square and a lot more. in the small alleys close to the apartment you find a lot of small specialized coffee shops. Rio was very responsive and helpful. Mike the Check in manager was amazing. he dropped me coffee once I sent him message asking from where to get. he was replying very quickly in anything i asked and helped in everything. the apartment is very clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, there are enough towels. I highly recommend this apartment and for sure it will be my first choice next time I travel to London. Rio absolutely deserve to be a super Host.

June 2022Rio was a great host and highly communicative. The place was clean and space was great for us and our two kids. I was relieved there was an elevator for our luggage as it's on the third floor. There was an issue with the washer/dryer but they provided laundry service which was helpful and a credit for the inconvenience. Otherwise, the location is central - next to bus stops, lots of amazing places to eat, popular markets, theatre, and places of interest. We were able to walk to many places within minutes and everything was within 20 minutes by bus or train which was very close. Highly recommend!

August 2022Wow- this place is a fantastic location!! We were just in London in May and stayed around the corner in a lesser place for more money. The flat is located on a quiet side street with cute pendant cross crossing the walkways, all the shops and restaurants you could want without having to go far at all. Easy walk to the Apple Market, and China town, which our kids loves. Rio and his team were wonderful, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

January 2023Fantastic location, very short walk to charming shops - Seven Dials, Covent garden, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar square, West end theaters, Leicester Square. Several tube stations within a few minutes. We also walked about 10 mins to embankment to hop on the Uber ferry to Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe, Westminster Spacious and comfortable living/dining/kitchen - all well equipped - Rio has thought of everything you might need. Excellent and easy check in info. Looks just like the pictures.

February 2024We had a great stay here! The apartment is very clean and well set up. The location is the main advantage; it is a very quick walk to Covent Garden station on the Piccadilly line and Leicester Square on the Northern and Piccadilly lines. Tottenham Court Road on the Elizabeth line, and Northern and Central lines is less than ten minutes by foot too. If you want to see a lot of London, this is a perfect place to get a lot out of your trip. We did have issues with the heating and hot water a couple of times but the host was very responsive to help us fix it.

December 2024This was a really great location for walking all over Covent Garden, Leicester Square, SoHo, Chinatown, etc. Easy walk to our Theatre and safe area all times of day or night. Very festive with Christmas lights. We loved having the Seven Dials as our landmark to know we were close to home at the end of the day. The apartment was nice, had good temp control, and was very comfortable for three people. The checkin process of picking up keys around the corner is very easy! We used the washer dryer and there were clear instructions. Only one tiny tiny suggestion for the host is to place a shelf or small cabinet in the bathroom as there is no place to put your toiletries. Overall a really excellent stay!

Tons to do, close to everything, and great restaurants. However, the place is also very quiet, and we did not hear anyone else in the building during our entire stay. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sollte nur eine Notlösung sein, da man die Straße doch recht deutlich hört. Die Schlafzimmer sind ruhig und angemessen. Wir waren zu dritt da, aber 4 wäre auch kein Problem. Vielen Dank. Ich würde nochmal buchen.

April 2025Location is great, close to both bus and tube stations but also within walkable distance of many London attractions. A bakery with fresh baguettes and chocolate croissants ~3-4 min away. Safe, nice neighborhood with many dinner options/pubs. House has all one needs for a great stay and it's quite spacious. Beds are very comfortable and linen is good quality. Adding a chair/shelf in the bedrooms and bathroom would be helpful for guests to put their stuff. Recommended, would stay again!

Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the owner contacted us midway through our stay about a building inspection and multiple people were in the flat with our belongings while we were away. This didn't sit well with me and made this known to the owner but they were adamant about the inspection and felt forced to oblige. The whole situation was just unprofessional and intrusive. That being said, it was an overall good experience, in a great location, in a wonderful apartment.

Para el check in fuimos a buscar la llave a 100 metros y para el check out las dejamos en el departamento, todo fue muy fácil. Está en el segundo piso, tiene una pequeña escalera hasta el ascensor. Es mejor que en las fotos, es grande, tiene todo lo que podes necesitar y su ubicación es inigualable. muy cerca de Covent Garden, Leicester, Oxford St. también cerca hay muchos bares, restaurantes… el departamento era silencioso y la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente. Pero para llegar hasta el tienes que subir un piso por escaleras. Por lo que en nuestro caso viajando con dos bebés y un carro doble ha sido un poco engorroso el hecho de entrar y salir del apartamento.

January 2023Andi is an amazing host. Everything was clearly explained in advance which made using the place almost intuitive and, when something did go wrong (the building’s lift) he made sure to get it seen to as soon as possible. All the while in the best of spirits. The flat itself is a delight. Warm and welcoming, beautifully designed and maintained, with all the amenities we wanted, it was easy to settle quickly which allowed us to make the most of our trip. Of course, the location also contributed to making our trip so memorable. Being so central, there was plenty to see and do all around, with bus and tube stations just minutes away for more distant objectives. We were able to pack a lot in to each day knowing that we had such a great base to return to and relax in. Definitely a place to come to again.

Communication: Andi was quick and responsive in questions pre and post booking, as well as while on our trip. Location: The location is excellent - steps from Seven Dials. It is a short 15 minute cab ride from King’s Cross train station (if coming into London via train). Once at the place, it is very well situated - steps away from a very lively area - tons of restaurants and foot traffic. Walking distance to theatre district. In fact, if you enjoy walking, you can reach most major tourist attractions by foot. Tube is close by otherwise. The apartment itself: The apartment is located on the second floor. There are a few flights of stairs, but there is a lift. The room itself is very clean! Iis exactly as pictures. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The washer and dryer were helpful. Netflix and Disney Plus kept us entertained during down times! Overall: Great stay and highly recommend!!

You need to get up a few stairs before you can access the lift so need to be mindful if you have a pram or wheelchair. Very happy with Andi's place. We would happily come back again :)

November 2023Fabulous flat in great location, few mins from Covent garden. Bedrooms super quiet as at back of flat. Such good value compared to a lot of the expensive hotels we have stayed at and loads more room. Check in/out super easy and you are sent a message telling you how to use appliances/ sofa bed etc which I found useful. The flat is super clean and nicely decorated. Andi is super responsive, checking that you are ok, I had a problem with the Wi-Fi and he immediately responded and sorted. I would highly recommend this flat and Andi and can’t wait to go back!

September 2025We had a wonderful stay at Andi’s place in Seven Dials, Covent Garden. The location couldn’t be better—central to everything with easy key pickup. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and even had baby essentials like a high chair and travel crib, which made our visit much easier. The instruction guides for appliances were clear and very helpful. It could get warm at times, but ample fans were provided to keep the air flowing. The main area had some city noise with the windows open, but the bedrooms at the rear were quiet and comfortable for sleeping thanks to thick doors. The lift was a nice bonus, though we did still need to carry our stroller up and down a few steps at times—which we knew in advance—so not a big issue. Overall, a fantastic stay and we’d happily return!

The place has all the basics covered but nothing extra - no umbrellas, no extra towels, no snacks or tea. Mattresses should really be replaced as they are really bad. And the corner of the living room that has clearly suffered from the leakage should be fixed as it creates a shabby and damp atmosphere in the living room. We asked to check out just an our later and were refused while threatened with the fee.

Close to Covent Garden, shops, restaurants and theatres. only shortcomings were that the heating broke down during the first night, but it was easliy fixed. The water temperature was difficult to adjust and either cold or very hot. The beds were not that comfortable due to no top mattresses. Ray responded quickly and friendly and was helpful which was appreciated.

A block away from so many of the theaters, great restaurants including Thai Square right below the apartment - (absolutely delicious and even an early bird PreTheater fixed price menu - however like all the best restaurants make sure to make reservations) - there's the Seven Dials food court with a live DJ a few minutes away by foot and of course the Covent Garden Market which is a must see for local crafts and entertainment! You can even walk to see the changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace - my mom is 70 and enjoyed the walk through the neighborhoods and shops (Less than half an hour away by foot). The apartment is just as described with the best pillows we've ever slept on! The host was responsive and helpful. We're so happy to have found this apartment for our first trip to London!

Can get anywhere in central London within 20 min by underground, or 35 walking from here. Street noise in living room, but bedrooms were very quiet. Beds firm and comfortable. Pillows good quality. Plenty of room for 4 of us, 6 would be just fine as well. Perfect location for first time visiting London. Standard homeless issues of any big city could be found on the street, but I and my family always felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Yes there is noise in the living room but we slept peacefully in the bedrooms. All appliances worked well. We really had everything we needed. The only thing worth noting is that the lift is from the 1st floor and there are about 20 steps to get there. So if you have mobility issues, that needs to be kept in mind. We did struggle with luggage but there was not much that could be done about that! Maybe travel light!

February 2025This place was everything that was described and more. It is located very close to shops, restaurants, easy to grab transportation, and the building felt very safe! Check in was a breeze. The amazing: clean place, every amenity you could need, easy key access, elevator, close the restaurants, comfy beds, and the house manual is one of the best I have ever seen. This was very helpful and made the stay seamless. Everything you could think of was stocked. Things to consider: the only thing to note is it is up one flight of stairs (about 15) to get to the elevator. This proved as quite the work out for getting our luggage in the unit day one, but after that, it was a breeze. The elevator was big and worked great daily. There is also street noise, but not enough to be a problem. I highly recommend this place, as it served as our home for my recent business trip. The host was a great communicator, flexible and I am super happy we had a chance to experience.

May 2025So glad we stayed at this property. It is beautifully decorated, super comfortable, feels high end with warmth. It is the perfect location at about 30 second walking to seven dials, a center landmark in Covent Garden, one minute to charing cross bus stops to every where, 3-5 minutes walking to hundreds restaurants. 7 min walking yo British Museum, 20 minutes walking to Big Ben. Also perfect location if you go to shows in west end. Can’t think about any where that is better for London. For example, Arome, a popular bakery where people line up for one hour to get in, is at 3 min walking away and I always got warm croissants and honey butter toast in the morning around 8 AM. I would come back if I visit London again.

There were plenty of towels and supplies, and we loved having the large fridge and freezer space. Check in process was very easy, and we appreciated the two sets of keys. There is some street noise for the person sleeping on the pull out bed, but it was very quiet in the bedrooms. We would not hesitate to stay again during another visit.😊

June 2025Shaftesbury avenue is not the prettiest or quietest street in London but you literally have everything you want in walking distance ! Flat was great value for money - comfortable and spacious. If like me though you like natural light there is literally none in the lounge. There is traffic and street noise which is only to be expected in such a central area but it is constant (in lounge). However bedrooms are lovely and quiet as at the back of the property. The only other thing to bear in mind is there are approx 15 steps before you get to the loft which might not be welcome if you’ve got heavy luggage. Kitchen is well equipped and there were a few basics like tea left in cupboards which are always welcomed Friendly and responsive host. Had problems with the TV and was sorted promptly.
