August 2022Excellent location, we enjoyed our stay and it worked out really well for our family group of 3. It’s a handy 5 minutes walk to Tottenham court road tube. Everything is on the doorstep and easy walk to china town, covent garden etc. Lift to get up to the 3rd floor very useful. Clean and spacious if a well worn apartment with some charming touches and decor. Very comfy beds and massive comfy sofa. Wifi, smart Tv, playstation very useful. Kitchen well equipped . Both bathrooms are sort off ,off the one bedroom, and the ensuite shower room does not have a door but this wasn’t an issue for our group .I would happily return and would recommend this property .

October 2022This is really a wow apartment! We stayed in the apartment for about a week, a couple of parents and two older children. We felt spacious in the apartment, there is a living room and a dining area and everyone found their comfort and private space. It matters when you are in the same place for 6 days. The apartment is charmingly decorated, it is new and the interior design is cool and modern. There is a dining area and a cute kitchen. Perfect apartment. It felt like our home (: the location is perfect! In the heart of the wonderful Soho, just go downstairs and you will find restaurants, entertainment and nightlife. At the weekend, prepare for hustle and bustle. But that's how it is when you choose to live in Soho, it's part of the charm of the place. Piccadilly Square, Oxford Street , Covent Garden, Chinatown just a few minutes walk. Public transport is really close. Communication with Ryan was excellent, and also Mike, who welcomed us at check-in, was in daily contact with us. Both helped us during our stay. November 2022Simply a fantastic place to stay in one of the most vibrant parts of London. Ryan was a great host; communication was perfect and clear. Check-in was easy. The apartment looks like the photos. It is on a Dean St, a party area, but the bedrooms are in the back and remarkably quiet. There are so many restaurants and bars just a minute from the door. I will stay again my next time in London.

December 2022Great location in the heart of Soho, with extremely convenient access to lots of good restaurant choices just steps away, a Tesco Express on the same street for those quick grocery runs, and to so many other neighboring areas and points of interest within an easy walk. Travel by public transportation to/from this flat is easy with Tottenham Court Rd Station located on the same street just a 2-minute walk away. The flat is comfortable, clean, and abundantly well-equipped with everything you need to cook and dine-in if you choose. The building has an elevator, which is a nice bonus. However, the unit is generally quiet and was comfortable to come home to. Tesco is a block up the street, and there are tons of restaurants all around. Good value give the size and location—I recommend it.

February 2023Gem of a place - in the epicentre of Soho, yet very quiet and peaceful. Apartment is spacious, with lots of light, extremely well located, and very well equipped. Ryan was amazing - helpful, courteous, proactive and responsive. My wife forgot her Kindle after we checked out and Ryan arranged for it to be shipped to us the following day. I don't know of many hosts who would have gone through the trouble. All in all, a place I'd want to rent every time I come to visit London if it's available.

April 2023Very nice location in central Soho. Lots of restaurants in the street. Including 2 Michelin starred restaurants. 1 minute walk Tesco market. Building self entry. 3rd floor - no lift. Sufficient lighting. Good tv, fast internet, game console. Everything in the kitchen. Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine in kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, detergents also provided. More than enough glasses and plates. Comfy beds. Light comes from the curtains in the morning. (Bring sleep mask). Wardrobe for the small bedroom. Water pressure not bad in bath. Also we lost a key and they did not charge us also we were provided early check in. So thank you. Overall we would stay here again.

The directions to checking in were clear and easy to follow and I had no issues checking in . Ryan’s place was as advertised and in a great location … I’ve traveled to London before but this by far was the most centrally located I have ever been which made everything easy. April 2023This is a great place to stay. Everything you need is on your doorstep. The appartement is also nice to stay in and to have a break after lots og walking and shopping. We travelled with kids 10 & 12 and they loved it, as did we. Ryan is very helpfull and quick in his response. If you sleep on the couch in the livingroom remember to bring earplugs as its very noisy with the nightlife outside. It was not a problem for me as I had earplugs

May 2023Firstly, after booking Ryan’s place, it didn’t take many minutes until Ryan wrote and informed of the coming proceedings. You immediately felt that here is someone who will make sure you have the best of visits. The apartment was perfect for us, we we’re five, with two bathrooms, good sized beds and fully fitted kitchen. The street below is hustly and bustly but we had no problem sleeping, and it’s only the living room that is facing the street. As soon as I had a query Ryan or his co-worker Mike were super-responsive, and sorted or listened attentively. Highly recommended host and apartment!

The only issue with this location is that it is always busy, so on warm nights you have to keep the windows open because there is no air conditioning, you can hear the bustling streets below.

Soho has a lively day & night life, which we really enjoyed. There are 2 full bathrooms (2 toilets, 2 sinks, 2 showers). I point that out because as someone coming from the United States (US), it was a bit confusing what is considered a bathroom in Europe vs a bathroom in the US. Therefore I want to make sure if you’re reading this review that you understand that there are two independent full bathrooms which is exactly what we’re used to in the US. Hope that helps some of you reading this. Overall everything was great and I would definitely recommend staying here. :)

And after looking for several accommodations, I decided to stay in Ryan's place. This place, where I stayed for seven days, was as comfortable as my home. Fruit and groceries could be purchased at any time at the mart, two minutes away, and most of the tourist attractions were within walking distance. From the moment we arrived, the home felt warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-equipped for our holiday stay. March 2025L’appartamento è stato veloce da trovare e facile da accedervi , si trova in pieno centro a Soho (zona molto frequentata da giovani, la sera /notte si sentono rumori dal salotto non tanto dalle camere tenendo la porta chiusa). Perfetto per chi vuole godersi la nightlife di Londra. Le camere e i letti non sono tanto grandi , però nel complesso il soggiorno è carino e vivibile. Ci sono due bagni uno con doccia in una delle due camere e uno con vasca. Purtroppo la culla che ci è stata fornita non era adatta, materasso molto fino scomodissimo e troppo bassa toccava terra con il peso della bambina di 11kg. Quindi ho dovuto dormire a letto con la bimba.

Flat was fine for a short stay, but very little room to store clothes , the only cupboards were full of baby chairs, fold out beds etc so couldn’t really hang anything. Mattress in main room a bit old and not great quality. On suite shower very small and cramped. Basically your typical professional rental in London, smaller than it looks in photos but very functional. Kitchen had everything we needed and coffee pods etc so very practical. Blackout blinds didn’t really blackout so bedrooms very light in mornings.

Very close to the tube stations Flat - 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed in the hall accommodated our family of 6adults and infant well. There are two toilets and bathrooms which made it comfortable for us. It’s a compact house but perfect for 6adults. The house is on the 3rd floor of the apartment which has a lift. It’s right next to the soho theatre Kitchen -The kitchen has all possible appliances that you may need for your stay. All kitchen utensils were very clean and of good quality. Host - was very responsive and the detailed instructions he shared prior to check in was very helpful. Went out of the way to help provide baby cot and baby chair. Overall our stay was very comfortable and I would recommend this stay for anyone who wants to stay close to the socially happening SOHO area and the buzzy shopping streets

Check in was quite simple- picking the key from a nearby store. Communication was also very easy. December 2022Wow, this is was an amazing find for us. Our Chunnel to Paris was cancelled due to a strike and we landed on our feet when we were able to rebook with Adi. So warm and kind! Adi and Mike are an amazing team who have created an Airbnb that is literally within walking distance of so many great things! Less then a mile to the National Gallery and British Museum…. A mile or so to Westminster Abbey… 1.5 to St Paul’s and Tate Modern…. Plus Soho where the Airbnb resides is such a vibrant and fun neighborhood! The Airbnb itself is wonderful!!!! Two wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen with fun views out of both sides. We enjoyed watching Netflix at night after our legs gave out from exploring this great city! Thank you Adi!!!

September 2023Overall we enjoyed our stay, very nice place, space for all of us, nice living room and dining area. The place has an excellent location, lots of restaurants in the area and it is near many places to visit. We were a family of 5 and the ones that slept in the living room barely slept due to the extreme noise outside because of the restaurants/bars/cafes, there was a lot of noise until very late (after 2am) and started very early (garbage pickup and street cleaning before 7am). I would recommend the place for a family of 4 that wouldn't need the living room as an extra sleeping area.

November 2023I would absolutely stay here again! The location is perfect, you’re right in Soho where so much is happening from pubs to shops. Adi is so helpful and even allowed us to drop off our luggage a bit early, and made sure to check in periodically.

January 2026Logement propre, très bien situé. l´hôte est très réactif et reste disponible si nécessaire. De nombreux restaurants à proximités et facilité d'accès au métro à pied. Le logement dispose d'un ascenseur ce qui est un vrai plus avec les valises, sécurisé à l'entrée avec gardien et un code. Le quartier est fidèle à sa réputation et très vivant même tard Le soir.

January 2024Merci à Steve pour sa réactivité, et son hospitalité. L’appartement est fidèle à la description. Il est bien décoré, bien équipé, et dans un bâtiment très sécurisé. En ce qui concerne la propreté, le ménage a été fait, il y a évidemment quelques améliorations à apporter au niveau des salles de bains et de la poussière mais dans l’ensemble c’est très bien. Également, il est extrêmement bien situé, ce qui est un très gros avantage. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain séjour

July 2024The location is great. It is right in the heart of a vibrant block, therefore it is loud at night if you have the windows open. Easy to walk to tourist spots through out the city. Lots of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. We were a family of 6. Enough space for all of us. Host is great, responsive and helpful. The entry is tricky we had to walk 7-10 minutes to a mart to retrieve the keys which is a bit of an annoyance when you have your luggage in tow.

Todo funcionaba bien Cerca de un Tesco que ayudó para desayunar y comer en el depto, había buena cafetera y cápsulas para disfrutar un café y la cocina equipada con todo lo necesario. A pesar que no había aire acondicionado los ventiladores ayudaban mucho para el calor ( ojo no hubo mucho calor esos dias) Los fines de semana hay más ruido externo porque hay muchos bares pero con el cansancio duermes igual. Lo raro fueron las almohadas que las encontramos apelmazadas pero nos dijeron que eran antialergicas ??? en mi vida la habíamos visto. Excelente lugar para quedarse en Londres y recorrer.
