Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Kowloon/Yau Ma Tei in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!
We trust that our guests will take good care of our home, and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:
- No smoking or pets in the apartment
- No parties, events or social gatherings
- Please respect our neighbours and keep the noise down after 10:00 pm

Our check-in time is anytime from 3:00 pm (24hrs check-in available)

April 2024Rio is very friendly and responsive. The home was clean, but smaller than the photos. The location was good with many restaurants nearby. The request of presenting ID through app and not to let anyone know we were Airbnb guests is little bit odd. Overall, it was an interesting experience.

February 2024My friends & I enjoyed the stay at the apartment. It’s clean and has all the amenities we needed. The location is superb too, surrounded by dining and shopping areas. Bus stops and stations are a stone’s throw away from the apartment, very convenient and accessible. Check in was super seamless and straightforward too.

January 2024Rio was very accommodating and swift in her replies. The apartment was clean, easy to find, near plenty of amenities, restaurants, shopping areas etc. Her instructions were clear. The location was strategic, that's what I liked best. We had a great time there and I would stay there again the next time I visit Hong Kong.

The place was very central - just at a few minutes walking to the metro station, and walking distance to bunch of stores and restaurants. It’s a compact space but very functional and clean. Exactly as described. The host was very responsive and available to help all through. All in all, would recommend this place for its location, and convenience. It was also hard to find a lot of 3 bedroom places in this locality so this place met our needs.

November 2023The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Very close and convenient to metro and bus. So many places to eat just downstairs and a few minutes walk (less than 5) to Mong Kok, short easy bus/MTR ride to Tsim Sha Tsui. 10 minute walk to Temple Street Market. Check in/out was easy with very clear instructions. Very responsive to questions we had. If you like the hustle and bustle of the big city, this is the place to be.

October 2023We really appreciated all the amenities that were available at this property which made it very much convenient during our stay. We had a toddler and a 7yo during our stay and the host and manager were able to provide a cot and high chair. They also have children's plastic plates, cups and cutlery. We would definitely stay again if we could as the location was also convenient and accessible to shops and transportation. The instructions from host and team for check-in to property were clear and responsive when needed. Our stay and experience was beyond our expectations. Thank you once again Rio and team! August 2023because of the lift's problem.Steve give new solution.we change to Rio's apartmemt.the apartment have convenient place.we can get to restaurant or metro station conveniently.everything is perfect.but we find the pillow is little dirty that's why we didn't' use before we leave . in addition.there is no Disposable slippers and a toothbrush. In general.most of part is good.

July 2023Overall everything was great. It was very easy to communicate with the host and very responsive and I think that’s what we appreciated the most. The place was perfect for us, we were 7 in total. It was very clean and complete and had everything we needed. Toiletries and towels, extra blanket and pillows etc. Even provided an umbrella which was perfect since there was a storm. The MTR is literally 1 min away so it was very easy for a big group like ours to get around. After getting the info we needed it was very easy to get in and out. The place also felt secure since there was guard in the lobby most of the time. I can’t think of anything to improve honestly. Everything was great! They even accommodated us an extra night since our flight got cancelled.

May 2023Rio’s place was as described and is spacious for Hong Kong standards. The location was very central with multiple buses and the metro a few steps outside. It was also very easy to get to the airport and had lots of delicious food nearby. Rio was very responsive and helpful with all questions.

May 2023The location was absolutely fantastic, superclose to everything, and the apartment was comfortable for 5 adults with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had some issues with wifi but the host was very responsive and willing to help. It is also worth mentioning that there are two flights of stairs to get to the elevator which might not be ideal for everyone. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!

March 2023房间离油麻地地铁站非常近，大概100米吧；周围有各种美食：港味、东南亚料理、早餐店等；房间非常新，干净、整洁，在香港算是很宽敞了；唯一不太好的是，房间临街，街道噪音挺大的。总体来说，非常适合一家6人以上、朋友三家人一起居住。此次入住，给我们留下了很美好的回忆～
