Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Kowloon/Yau Ma Tei in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!
We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:
- No smoking or pets in the apartment
- No parties, events, social gatherings or unauthorised guests
- Please respect our neighbours and keep noise down after 10pm

Our local guest/check-in manager will be available throughout your stay and can be contacted via Whats-App or Email
Our check-in time is anytime from 3:00 pm (24hrs check-in available)
We offer both a personal/self-check-in service
The checkout time is by 11:00 am (including all baggage)
All guests staying in the apartmenf need to provide their ID for verification before check in date

February 2024Steve’s apartment is located at the heart of the city with a nice city view. The building is old but well-maintained, with good security and neighbours. The apartment is spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Toilets and showers are nice with instant hot water supply. Kitchen is relatively small but very well equipped. Steve has been helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay very much.

January 2024The apartment is strategically located in a nice neighbourhood with easy public transportation access and convenience stores. The first few nights spent was however without central heater or heating units but was immediately provided by host upon request. Hong Kong weather upon our arrival as very cold at the time. Other than that, everything was good.

December 2023Steve’s place is in a really good location. Lots of dim sum restaurants around, supermarket a block and a half away, mtr station is 3-5 minutes away and temple street is just round the corner. The place is big by HK standards. Managed to fit a lot in the space. Very comfortable for all of us and it was certainly home away from home. There were 4 adults, 1 child and 1 infant in our group and having two bathrooms in the flat helped kept us civilised. The flat had everything: Well-equipped kitchen, hair dryers, washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and body soap in both bathrooms. Baby high chair and cot were also provided but no baby bath tubs or basins.Great place overall, will choose it again if we visit again.

September 2023Steve and Jenny were amazing hosts during our stay. Prior to my arrival, Jenny provided clear instructions on how to do an early check-in as well as how to reach the apartment easily. The apartment was very clean, came with fresh sheets and daily necessities such as soap, shampoo and towels. There was also many cooking appliances such as pots, pans, microwave, induction cooker and cutleries provided in the kitchen to do some home cooked meals. Furthermore, I encountered Typhoon Saolo during my stay and Steve was willing to extend my stay at his apartment on a very short notice, knowing that we might not be able to find another location to stay in during that time. He was very helpful and kept asking us if we ever needed any assistance during that tough period. Overall, this was a great place to stay, with a fantastic Dim Sum shop located below, supermarket to purchase your daily needs, and it was within walking distance from Yau Mau Tei MTR station. 10/10 recommended to stay!

August 2023房子就在地铁站附近，楼下也有公交站，附近有很多小吃，卖场的生活设施，里面装修也很好。唯一的遗憾就是窗户的隔音效果不是很好，马路上的汽车声音对于睡眠质量不好的人来说有点影响。

July 2023六大一小，性价比非常高。交通非常方便，下楼过马路直走有很多小吃。下楼右拐没多远是地铁，两站路到尖沙咀。去高铁也很近，我走路试过，半小时不到可以走到，打车十分钟。楼下就是超市，右手走两个路口就有惠尔康超市就可以买到生鲜。房间很干净，各种生活用品都有，入住当天空调提前开好，总之很棒的体验。

It truly felt like a home away from home. The interior design was impeccable, with sleek and contemporary furniture, tasteful artwork, and a perfect blend of colours that created a soothing atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the carefully curated decorations to the thoughtfully selected amenities. The accommodation's location was a walk in the park, with the train station a mere 3-minute walk away and bus stops just seconds from the doorstep. It provided effortless access to various destinations, making transportation a breeze for exploring the area. I cannot thank our host, Jenny, enough for her prompt and helpful responses. Her assistance made the entire experience a breeze. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

May 2023Except one issue of Water Clogging at times in one washroom and at times water leakage from the bottom of the kitchen sink every thing was fantastic. The manager (Jenny) was quick in response, place was fantastic in location, amenities, was given early checkin and late check pout, MRT walking, stores walking etc. So nothing could have been better then this. Really enjoyed it.
