Modern and spacious 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment located in London’s most central and famous Covent Garden area.
Being in the heart of London, our apartment has everything on its doorstep. Along with Covent Garden’s rich heritage, cobbled Piazza, and eclectic range of theatres (including the Royal Opera and Royal Ballet), you will be spoiled with its world-class shopping and international dining options.
Other Central London attractions including Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street, Regent Street, London Eye, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, British Museum, Tate Gallery, and lots of others are all within walking distance.
With our apartment being located in the heart of Covent Garden, please note that you may experience some noise from the ever-popular Porterhouse pub and beer garden on Maiden Lane which is open until 11pm. The apartment is well-soundproofed and benefits from secondary internal glazing, but do keep this in mind.

July 2023The flat is exactly as advertised, however it is over a bustling restaurant which creates lots of noise until 11/11:30. The restaurant is great at clearing out their patrons so noise did not carry on past that. Other than recycling pick up in the middle of the night. The bedroom has double pained windows but not the other rooms.

August 2023The place is great and so is the location. As it says in the listing it is above a pub and is very loud until 11:30 at night. This was not a huge problem for us but if you do not like noise this is not the place for you. Otherwise a great place to stay in London.

August 2023This was great apartment to stay in a very popular London neighborhood. As noted in the description, this is a very well traveled area above a pub. This area starts to quiet down at 11:00 pm and while a little noisy we didn't have any issues while staying there. This is a beautiful apartment and provided a great place to rest for 5 people. The kitchen was well equipped as well and easy to prepare meals. The instruction booklets provided via pdf where a welcome addition.

September 2023Sabi is a proactive host and her place deserves 5 stars! The location is prime in the Covent Garden, walkable to Soho nightlife, Westminster's Big Ben, Buckingham.., Waterloo's London Eye, and easy to commute to the City of Londo for The Crown Jewels, Tower Bridge and more. We had a full schedule in London and it was convenient to get back to the house for brief breaks. My son favored TVs in the bedroom and the living room, he liked the game console as well. Sabi informed us of the late-hour noise at the downstairs bar (good beer btw) until 11 pm. My kid is a night owl and a sound sleeper, the noise didn't bother him. For me to sleep in the spacious living room's sofa bed with windows open, the outdoor activities over the weekend didn't dismiss until 4 a.m. (bar cleaning, night workers, and trucks). Weekdays were much quieter. The double-pane windows worked to block the sounds and cigarette smells from outside; it would've been perfect to have AC so we could keep the windows shut.

September 2023The location is excellent for access to multiple tube lines, restaurants, and sights. We saw two plays while in town and walked to restaurants and the theatres with ease. The flat is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well appointed. It's easy to find with Sabi's directions, and lockbox entry worked like a breeze. Also, the lift is very nice to avoid having to lug bags up stairs. The kitchen is perfectly sized and has everything we needed. We really appreciated the stock of Netspresso pods, too! While there is a lively pub downstairs, true to the description, it closes about 11 and quiets down considerably. Also, there are double windows, which when closed really work to block noise. I would definitely stay here again.

September 2023Location Wow!! The perfect location to explore London and the Covent Garden/Soho/Mayfair areas. The host was super polite, proactive sending very detailed information beforehand, and very responsive. The flat was clean and is very spacious. The kitchen is charming. There is a nice sized bedroom with a great bed and a smart TV and a living room with two sofa beds and another big smart TV. Mirrors to get ready all around. The building has an elevator which was really helpful for our bags. Yes, the flat is on top of a Pub but i only see it as a positive - It is a super fun pub and the noise stops at 11pm sharp. The windows are also double glazed, so no problems there. I will definitely recommend it to a small group and would surely go back!

One downside was the building work that started early and the pub below that was load throughout the day. Overall a place i would definitely recommend and would return to in the future.

The area is fantastic for both walkers and those using public transport, countless restaurants and pubs, convenient and varied shopping. Once inside, I loved how tucked away I felt despite being in the middle of it all. Sabi and Michael (property manager) were both extremely responsive and genuinely kind. I would absolutely 100% stay here again.

June 2025We had a lovely stay. It is as advertised and Rio is very responsive. i would say that it's very comfortable for two people or a couple with young children. We had two teen/young adult kids and it was fine but could be a little tight for some. It’s right in the middle of Covent Garden so there are a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a Tesco Express about 5 mins away where you can get groceries and supplies. Great location! They do warn you that it is above a street with a bar called the Porterhouse. We stayed over a weekend and you can hear the chatter but it does quiet down after 10pm. If you are a very light sleeper, you might hear some voices at night. They provide sponges, plenty of hand soap and dish soap, shampoo and body wash. If you want conditioner, you should bring it. We didn't use the washer so unsure about detergent. They provide towels, bed sheets, pillows, duvet and pillow cases for the sofa beds. We would stay here again for sure.

January 2026This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We have older children (22, 17, and 12) and they slept easily and comfortably on the pullouts. Everything is easily within walking distance….a ton of restaurants, theaters if that’s what you are there for, and shopping. The tube is easy to navigate….also within an easy 10 min walk at most. The flat itself had everything we needed, we loved it. Upon checking in Mike, I believe the building manager, was available and helpful. Sabi, the owner was always available and helpful. We will for sure be back to London, and will for sure stay here again. It’s such a lovely area. Thank you again for allowing us to stay there!

February 2026Fun fact: My husband and I have stayed at the same address 3 times - 3 different flats, 3 different hosts, same building! So, obviously the location has been more than satisfactory for us. Our visits have been built around my annual meet-up with fitness friends at the Peloton studio which is a very short walk from the building. Covent Garden has shops, restaurants, theaters and easy access to public transportation. Sabi's flat was well appointed, appliances, kitchen implements and gadgets, washer/dryer, etc. and, very importantly this time, extra sleeping room. On this visit we brought our adult daughter and the living room/lounge had a large fold-out bed. Great space, great location, good value for the location.

January 2024The perfect place to stay near Covent Gardens. A great location for getting around London and seeing all of the sights. Lots of great restaurants near by and the Tube Stop is very close as well. Rio, the Host, is very proactive and responds quickly to all inquiries. There is a little noise at night from the pub below but the only night that was a a bit loud was on Saturday night but stopped at 11:30 pm sharp. If visiting London for a few days and are looking for a central location to get out and about from, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

There is some noise but not much in our opinion. Theatres, great restaurants and shops all within minutes. I would not hesitate to stay again.

June 2024This is a real gem of a rental in an amazing neighborhood. There is so much to do in the Covent Garden / West End area... an endless number of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. And the flat is centrally located above a popular pub. The location is one of the biggest reasons we chose the flat, and we loved being in the heart of things. The fixtures are modern and the place was clean and well-kept. There were four of us (all adults) so it felt a bit cramped, especially when it came time to use the bathroom or kitchen. But we didn't really spend a lot of time in the flat because the whole point of visiting London is to get out and see things, which we did. Highly recommend this place due to the quality of the flat and the location.

August 2025Fantastic rental in an ideal central London spot. Flat has everything you need for a break away to accommodate everyone from couples, friends or family with kids (big or small). Rio the host kindly reached out to us before our stay as we had our 18 month old son staying away, so he wanted to make us aware there may be noise as it is above a pleasant beer garden however there is so little noise at night to be heard from inside the flat you forget your in a social hotspot of Covent Garden area. Surrounded by plenty beautiful cafes, restaurants, bars and shops with also travel links a short walk away as well as a few popular tourist areas. Would recommend to anyone to stay here, we will be back.

Walkable to major attractions in London. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. It feels safe and private in a buzzing neighborhood. October 2025My wife and I stayed here for a 4-night London getaway. Having stayed in Covent Garden/Trafalgar Square area before, I knew it would be very central and highly walkable. Rio’s flat was everything we could have imagined. It was safe and secure, extremely clean, tidy, and updated. And it has a lift! Rio did a fine job of proactively mentioning the possible noise from the busy (and very good, btw) restaurant on the first level. However this was never an issue for us at all. If anything it lent some urban atmospherics as background noise, such as when you pick up the energy from the sounds at a coffee house. Either the Charing Cross or Covent Garden tube stations are within a few min walking distance and London taxis are abundant on nearby Strand. Tip, have cabbies drop you off at the Adelphi Theatre and cut through the court to get home. We loved our stay: 10/10!

The apartment is excellent, exactly as in the photos, well equipped, with a very clear manual with all the necessary instructions, a better location is impossible. April 2025This was our second time to London and this location was WAY better then our 1st location by the Tower Bridge!! We would definately come back as it is the absolute best location!!! It is in the heart of it all.... shopping, restaurants coffee shops, bakeries, attractions! The apartment was comfortable for my husband and our two older sons since it had 2 pull out couches so they each had their own separate bed in the living room. The apartment was perfect as we would go to a close by bakery every morning and buy freshly baked bread and come home and make a nice breakfast and then we would eat the rest of the meals out. The place was clean, had what we needed and the communication was great! As the listing states and other reviewers there is a bar directly underneath the apartment right outside your windows, but they don't play music just talking and laughing, but it's muffled and it wasn't really a bother to us at all. We would come back!

December 2025Overall this was a great place to stay! The location was amazing. Honestly couldn’t pick a better location to stay at. There was lots to do and see and so many main attractions within walking distance. The tube was only a 5 minute walk. The host was incredibly responsive and we were able to check in early, which was a huge plus. The only negatives I can think of was that the apartment was pretty small for four adults and the pull out beds had a bar in the middle so they could get a little uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend this stay!
