Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, with 24-hour access for your convenience.
Our Villa Manager and staff will personally welcome you during daytime arrivals. For late-night arrivals, our security team will assist to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in experience.
Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon), including all luggage clearance.
2. Additional Guests:
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests within the standard rate.
From the 15th guest onwards, an additional charge of USD $20 per person per night applies, which includes an extra bed.

August 2023Beautiful and spacious villa. The gardens made it so peaceful once inside the villa. It is on a Main Street which made walking to the amazing restaurants and beach very easy but at night the noise from the street can be loud, but only in the bedrooms at the front of the villa. The bedrooms are huge and some with amazing outdoor showers. Loved our time here and Elizabeth and the staff were always helpful and friendly.

June 2024Our stay at Pine Villa was amazing - the villa common areas were large, the pool clean, luxurious and as pictured, inside was well air-conditioned and there were many amenities and items that made the stay very easy. The bedrooms were well appointed and the linen and mattresses very comfortable. The biggest standout were the villa staff - they were extremely friendly, helpful, discreet and attentive. We enjoyed two dinners at the villa and the food was amazing. We would definitely stay again!

September 2024The staff and management of the property were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had 13 guests and the staff catered to all of us perfectly. Rooms made up daily, fresh towels and water in the rooms, and laundry services available. The property looks exactly like the photos - so you get what you see online. Too often I’ve stayed in Airbnb which appears a little run down or dated compared to the pictures, but this was definitely not the case with this property. The location is even better than expected, with many bars, restaurants, and the beach only walking distance. Overall, a really comfortable stay and well worth the money. Thanks to the management and staff for making the stay so memorable.

The location of the villa is perfect as all important places are nearby like mexicola canguu, fins and most importantly Auntyji Indian Bistro. Auntyji Bistro turned out to be heaven for us as we all were vegetarian and it is just in the neighbourhood. Would definitely want to come back to the place.

January 2025The place is well located in the main street of Canggu where it is near to cafes and restaurants like Milk and Madu, Gigisusu bakery, Santerana. The in-house house keeping staff is very responsive and friendly, they react to our request very promptly. The only concern is that the room that is located outside of the house is not sound proof and without curtains, it gets very noisy at night as it is next to busy street and the sun light gets into the room early, hence making the sleep in this room challenging.

Morning walk are super easy. 10mins walk to beach only. They do have different services including bbq and breakfast. And with reasonable price for all service. Having room service also. Great management and would love to stay again!

June 2024i would easily sit this villa in my top three favorite villas in canggu. We ahd a great time staying here. Located in the heart of canggu and close to the beach with plenty of rooms to accomodate the 14 of us, the villa also equipped with a complete kitchen and dining utensils and the pool was great. Communication with host was excellent and attentive and his staf were both friendly and responsive to our needs. We had a bit of hot water leakage in one the room but quickly attended by the staff and finished by the next day. I especially love the 7th room in the third floor. very recommended villa to stay in canggu.
