Our Villa is located in the perfect location in Batu Bolong/Canggu, nestled in Bali’s enchanting south-western coast, our villa is only 8 minutes from the Batu Bolong beach, Old Man, and Sand Bars. The villa is also close to boutiques, restaurants, cafés, 24-hour convenience stores, etc.

House rules

We trust that our guests will take good care of our villa, and leave it as they found it. However, smoking is only allowed in the open areas outside of the rooms and is strictly not allowed inside.

We offer a true Airbnb experience and have a villa manager who will be available throughout your stay and can be contacted via phone, messenger, or email.

Other things to note

Our check-in time is anytime from 3 pm.
We offer 24-hour check-in. Our villa manager and staff are around for personal check-in during the daytime and our security staff available during the nighttime.
The checkout time is by 12 p.m. (including all baggage)

Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. Really nice place, with full time staff. The staff are friendly, accomodating and the location is amazing. They have karaoke. I had low expectations from the photos, but was blown away. Wish we stayed longer.

It’s really memorable and great place to stay with big friends and families. Ludwig and Elizabeth were really helpful and fast response, all the staffs were really nice and helpful also, and 24 hours standby at the villa. The villa was really clean and exactly like the photos, they provided us with karaoke and PS 5 dor fun activities for the kids. Very recommended villa to stay for your holiday

Beautiful and spacious villa. The gardens made it so peaceful once inside the villa. It is on a Main Street which made walking to the amazing restaurants and beach very easy but at night the noise from the street can be loud, but only in the bedrooms at the front of the villa. The bedrooms are huge and some with amazing outdoor showers. Loved our time here and Elizabeth and the staff were always helpful and friendly.
