Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Kowloon/Yau Ma Tei in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!
We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:
- No smoking or pets in the apartment
- No parties, events, social gatherings or unauthorised guests
- Please respect our neighbours and keep noise down after 10pm

Our local guest/check-in manager will be available throughout your stay and can be contacted via Whats-App or Email
Our check-in time is anytime from 3:00 pm (24hrs check-in available)
We offer both a personal/self-check-in service
The checkout time is by 11:00 am (including all baggage)
We may need to ask for ID for all guests who stay in the apartment, all guests staying in the apartment need to provide their ID for verification before the check-in date.

March 2025Rudy's place was a great place to stay! The accommodation is nice and quiet while located at the center of the bustling heart of Hong Kong. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, the subway is about 3minutes walk and there are multiple bus lines right downstairs of the house. Rudy was also very quick to respond to our needs, and the instructions he gave for checking into the house was clear and thorough. We loved the experience and will definitely recommend it to people that are looking to stay in the area!

November 2024Thank you for hosting us! The apartment was incredibly spacious – a rare find in central Hong Kong! The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station, which made getting around so convenient. The place had all the essentials, and the nearby laundromat was helpful since the low daylight and limited airflow made drying clothes a bit tricky. The lack of natural light did make it feel a little dim, but we still enjoyed the space overall. One area for improvement would be access to cleaning supplies. We noticed a vacuum in a locked closet but were told it wasn’t available and could only arrange cleaning for an additional fee. Allowing guests to use the vacuum would be a welcome touch at this price point. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it for those looking for space and convenience in Hong Kong. Thanks again!

August 2024Starting with the perfect and friendly registration and arrival procedure, continued with a super proper accomodation, an extra-ordinary location (excellent connection to all highlights in addition with the special Kowloon atmosphere, awesome!) up to the extensive technical, sanitary and care products equipment, super fast WLAN...there was nothing to miss at all! In short: We felt completely at ease!!! Thank you for your warm host!

July 2024홍콩은 숙소가 가장 큰 고민이였는데 여기 숙소를 잡은것은 최고의 선택이였다. 템플스트릿과 몽콕시장도 가깝고 백종원맛집과 곽튜브 야장도 도보권이고 버스정류장들과 지하철역도 가깝다. 침사추이 스타의거리 홍콩섬쪽도 지하철이나 버스로 20분 안으로 떨어지니 교통도 아주 좋았다.

July 2024The apartment is centrally located within walking distance of a huge range of shops and places to eat in Kowloon, and a 20 minute walk to the waterfront and onward connections to Hong Kong island. The apartment is located in a residential block with an access directly off Nathan Road. It is only a 5 minute walk to the underground station too, so everything (including the airport transfer service) is conveniently nearby. The apartment has good facilities including a small kitchen, living room and two bathrooms / WCs with hot water (useful even in the middle of the summer!).

May 2024Clean, spacious apartment which is rare in Hong Kong. Superb location, close to everything - MTR, shops, restaurants. Walkable distance to almost famous areas in Kowloon. Very private and quiet at night. Host is friendly and responsive, A+ supports. Only concern is the shower often switches to cold water - we were fine because it was summer but might be a thing in the winter. But overall an excellent experience!! Definitely stay again if I swing by Hong Kong. Thanks for having us! xx

September 2023야우마데이역과 가까우나 짐이 많으신 분들은 우버를 추천합니다. 숙소 주변에 유명한 맛집이 많고 교통이 편리해 접근성이 좋았습니다. 숙소도 진짜 깨끗하고 좋아서 반나절은 숙소에만 있었어요. 다만 엘레베이터가 덜컹거려 살짝 무서운 점 제외하곤 모든게 만족했고 또 방문할 의향도 있습니다.
