Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Kowloon/Yau Ma Tei in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!

House rules

We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:

- No smoking or pets in the apartment
- No parties, events, social gatherings or unauthorised guests
- Please respect our neighbours and keep noise down after 10pm

Other things to note

Our check-in time is anytime from 3:00 pm (24hrs check-in available)
We offer both a personal/self-check-in service
The checkout time is by 11:00 am (including all baggage)
We may need to ask for ID for all guests who stay in the apartment, all guests staying in the apartment need to provide their ID for verification before the check-in date.

房东服务好，及时解决疑问。公寓位置好，地铁公交都方便 ，电梯入住方便。交通好，到尖沙咀地铁只需2站。楼下餐厅选择多，就餐方便。我们7人入住，房间干净整洁，互不干扰。在香港这是一套好的公寓。

야우마데이역과 가까우나 짐이 많으신 분들은 우버를 추천합니다. 숙소 주변에 유명한 맛집이 많고 교통이 편리해 접근성이 좋았습니다. 숙소도 진짜 깨끗하고 좋아서 반나절은 숙소에만 있었어요. 다만 엘레베이터가 덜컹거려 살짝 무서운 점 제외하곤 모든게 만족했고 또 방문할 의향도 있습니다.
