Our villa is nestled in the heart of Oberoi/Seminyak, Explore Bali shops, fine restaurants, cafes, nightspots, and superb tourist attractions which are located minutes from the villa.

House rules

We trust that our guests will take good care of our villa, and leave it as they found it. However, smoking is only allowed in the open areas outside of the rooms and is strictly not allowed inside.

We offer true Airbnb experience and have a villa manager who will be available throughout your stay and can be contacted via phone, messenger, or email.

Other things to note

Our check-in time is anytime from 3 pm
We offer 24-hour check-in, and our villa manager and staff are around for personal check-in during the daytime. During the nighttime, there will be our security staff for the check-in service.
The checkout time is by 12 p.m. (including all baggage)

Ludwig’s Place was incredible! The location was perfect. It was a short 8 minute walk from the Double Six beach and about another 8 minute walk from the local grocery store (Bintang Super Market). The every day cleaning service made us feel very relaxed and they did an incredible job. The communication was superb and our property manager Luna replied very quickly and was very accommodating. 3 of the 4 rooms are very big and those same 3 all have en-suite bathrooms with elegant Balinese touches to give you a serene Balinese atmosphere. Beds were comfy. Daily water bottles were so nice to grab and go. We would definitely stay here again!

Villa Golden Flower in Seminyak was everything we expected & more. The villa was clean & spacious with good amenities & central to beach,shopping & restaurants. The staff were courteous & always helpful. The pool was kept sparkling clean everyday. Trist was ever helpful & cheerful,with nothing too much trouble, even to helping track down a surprise birthday cake!We used a Villa driver for a day trip to Ubud ,who was very helpful with ideas ,(his English was excellent) ,& the cost very competitive . Myself & my family members would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Golden Flower and /or having a return visit ourselves , Jane & Paul

This place is fantastic, the staff are very helpful and the villa manager (Tris) is fantastic. I highly recommend including breakfast if possible because the staff that make it are amazing and it was delicious every day. The bedrooms are all huge with all but one including an ensuite bathroom. The pool is a fantastic size and remains in the shade for most of the day which is a perfect escape from the hot tropical sun. The place is about a 5 minute walk to Legian Street and about 15 minutes from Jl. Kayu Aya (eat street) in Seminyak. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This was a wonderful villa! It’s private and secluded so you really feel like you’re in your own little oasis. The staff was so helpful and lovely, Luna especially. She was always willing to answer all my questions and help us arrange transportation whenever we needed it. The house itself was above expectations and the rooms were immaculately taken care of. All in all a really great experience!

房子如图真实,泳池有点小,不过够用｡房子设施设备很齐全,牙刷毛巾建议自己带,房子提供的不是很好｡ 房子位于别墅区,从大路进去比较远,位置不太好找｡建议第一次到找房东接机比较方便｡房子周边有大超市,有很多不错的餐厅,有特色小店可以购物,还有不错沙滩｡个人觉得比金巴兰沙滩更好｡ 房子很适合三五好友聚会,我们3个家庭,一共7大3小,玩得很开心｡小朋友每天会在泳池玩1个小时~泳池每天会有人清理,因为是露天的,多少会有树叶虫子掉入｡房子每天会有3个人来打扫卫生,用过的餐具也会清洗整理｡虽然是民宿,但是服务确实酒店级别的｡这点非常好~ 房子旁边有个小店,可以租摩托车,价格也很实惠｡40一天,我们租了两台方便出行~管家就住在隔壁的villa,有事随时可以找他们｡他们会提供很好的服务｡这次入住体验很好｡除了房子在比较深的巷子里,其余都很好｡属于闹中取静吧~有时候还能听到其他别墅开praty~ 谢谢房东的美丽房子,感谢管家提供的优质服务｡值得入住

A very good place to stay. The location is great. Near to double six beach and to Seminyak street. The staff were there when we need them. Luna is just an amazing home manager. I would highly recommend it.
