Our villa is nestled in the heart of Oberoi/Seminyak, Explore Bali shops, fine restaurants, cafes, nightspots, and superb tourist attractions which are located minutes from the villa.

House rules

We trust that our guests will take good care of our villa, and leave it as they found it. However, smoking is only allowed in the open areas outside of the rooms and is strictly not allowed inside.

We offer true Airbnb experience and have a villa manager who will be available throughout your stay and can be contacted via phone, messenger, or email.

Other things to note

Our check-in time is anytime from 3 pm
We offer 24-hour check-in, and our villa manager and staff are around for personal check-in during the daytime. During the nighttime, there will be our security staff for the check-in service.
The checkout time is by 12 p.m. (including all baggage)

overall okay, tempat bersih, staff sangat mendukung. lokasi memang agak jauh dari jalan. buat Kami yg menggunakan mobil besar, tidak memungkinkan utk masuk ke dalam villa, so Kami harus menyewa taksi hanya utk membawa koper. untungnya staf sangat membantu mengantarkan kami sampi ke jalan menggunakan motor, karena kami membawa orang tua dan anak2. mungkin, penyedia bisa menyediakan golf car, ini akan sangat membantu hehe...

Great places. 3 rooms. Daily house cleaning including a security that will come in the evening. 10 mins walk to Seminyak beach, 5 mins walk to Seminyak main street.

For the price it's great! The location is a little hard to find and if you're calling a Grab - good luck! I'd suggest tacking on 20 minutes to your commute for the driver to just find you. This happened to us multiple times where the staff had to get on bikes to go find the cars and bring them to us. Additionally, the staff is also tending to individuals next door, so they are in and out of your property, as that is where their "office" is. If you are looking to stay here for a truly "all to yourself" experience, it's not 100% that, as guests next door will sometimes knock on the door to ask questions of the staff, etc. Overall, great location in Seminyak, near lots of spas & restaurants and the pool is just lovely!
