Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, with 24-hour access for your convenience.
Our Villa Manager and staff will personally welcome you during daytime arrivals. For late-night arrivals, our security team will assist to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in experience.
Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon), including all luggage clearance.
2. Additional Guests:
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests within the standard rate.
After the 18th guest onwards, an additional charge of USD $20 per person per night applies, which includes an extra bed.

December 2019Thanks to the manager and the staffs including the host. We had the good Hen night time at the villa. Ludwig is cool host, he asked Luna (his manager) to taking care of us when we want to make some balloon decoration the villa for my bride friend when she arrived. The staffs is great and helpful. We have our own butler until 10.00 p.m. everyday and 24 hrs. security guard to make sure there is nothing happen to the group. The villa is a bit smaller than I think but it could fit in 18 people well. The place is a bit old but with house design and good floor plan fro bed room, I and my friends could feel relaxing while staying. The villa provide the selection of breakfast menu that you could choose. They cook fresh every morning. I and my friends don't need to go out for the drink as the villa provide most of the popular drinks e.g. cola, soda, tonic water, and etc. with the good price! Unbelieved that every room in the villa provide hair dryer, bath amenity so I could bring only clothes and can live in. You have all I and my friends need. Thanks again for the good hospitality! I and my friends feels like staying in our own villa in the heart of Seminyak.

October 2019The place is beyond my expectation. The entire villa is very clean. The swimming pool are big enough too. They have total 9 rooms; 2 rooms with double queen bed, 2 rooms with twin bed and 5 rooms with queen bed. (Every room had private bathroom). The staff are so helpful and kind. They really help me before checked in and after checked out. They clean our room everyday! The room is always nice and clean. They even provide hairdryer in every rooms (I personally impressed!!) They also have a fridge full of drinks that we can consume first then pay the next day. (More convenient! Eventhough there is a Circle-K just beside the villa) They have 24hours security guy that available to help you during your stay. And something that rare to find; They have PS4 (can you imagine?! Haha) Its a really nice place to stay for a family group. We stayed for 4 days, with total 20 persons (Include infant and children) and all of us enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend people with a large group or family group to stay in this villa!!!

May 2019I stayed in this villa for one night with a group of 21 people. The villa was amazing!! The host communicated quickly and effectively! Went above and beyond to accommodate extra guest (I added at the last minute) with extra beds. We paid extra for airport pick up and from the pick up we knew it was gonna be a great experience. The staff that picked us up was well organized, friendly and welcoming. The staff at the villa too was AMAZING! They cooked breakfast for all 21 of us and it tasted great. The villas were clean and stylist, the pool was great, the air and the hot showers were an added plus. I truly had no complaints about this villa nor did any of my guest. I know it’s not easy to host a party of 21, but the villa and its staff did so in such an amazing way. The host came by in the morning to make sure everything was fine and once again I can’t stop raving about how amazing and accommodating the staff were. The staff even got us a taxi at 2am to get food after arriving on a long flight from the U.S. I would definitely recommend this villa. I would definitely stay here again and again and again and again.

May 2019I recommend Viola Villa highly to anyone traveling to Bali with a big group. The 9 rooms (each with its own bathroom) are spread out across the villa so each room feels private and comfortable. Definitely sleeps 18 comfortably. The common spaces are excellent for hanging. The pool is delightful. Breakfast is made each morning by a fantastic staff and they clean each day. The villa is in a great location to walk to the center of Bali and it’s easy rock get places on the island. Working with Luna, the villa manager, was excellent. She was a good communicator and helped us coordinate rides to the airport as well as set up a day trip to Ubud with drivers. We also had the villa prepare us an Indonesian meal one night which was delicious. Highly recommend Viola Villa. Wonderful spot for a relaxing and fun vacation!

February 2019We are a group of 20 people on team building trip and we had so much fun and productive time at the villa. The place itself is gorgeous—a little cocoon insulating us from the frantic traffic of Seminyak streets. Everyone naturally gravitates towards the pool and it was perfect for both kids and adults alike. The rooms were all spacious and had all the things we needed, with small touches like incense sticks and batik fans. The staff was courteous and available when we needed them. The cooking staff helped accommodate to our halal request and it was so much easier to dine in. On our last night in the staff helped us organise a BBQ session and it was a great end of the day. Thank you so much. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

The pool was a great communal area and the villa itself is only located 5 minutes walk from the Main Street of Seminyak. We would highly recommend staying here if you’re in a large group. March 2020This is an incredible villa for groups, is located in a fantastic location close to the heart of Seminyak, and has a wonderful house manager in Luna. We were a group of 16 and all of us fit very comfortably in the villa, we were able to enjoy the pool as well as the surrounding area and felt very safe throughout our stay. Additionally, Luna helped coordinate transportation for us and was very responsive to any questions we had. The breakfast was excellent and all of the staff were very warm and friendly. I hope to be back soon!

Coming from Melbourne you do crave for good coffees after few days of trying local breakfasts. Let me tell you this location did not disappoint us as it was at a walking distance from some great caffes "revolver being one" Apart from the place I was very impressed by the service provided by the host and his team. very welcoming crew. They even whipped up a beautiful cake for us and organised a bar tender at the last minute. I can't recommend this place enough for either a group of adults or few families. I will visit this heaven of a place again.

June 2023The staff was super friendly and helpful. They cleaned the rooms every day. The location was super convenient, but would feel a little unsafe without the security they provided for us. Overall it was a great bang for buck and anytime we needed anything they provided us with it. We had masseuses waiting for upon arrival, which was great. Some friends enjoyed their custom massage, but it was on my bed, which I would have preferred to go somewhere else at that point. All in all, it was a steal of a deal and I would recommend this place at the right price for a group of friends. If you are looking to party, go to great bars (la favela) and restaurants it is very good for walking distance, but it is not super private as the entrance to the villa is on a main road.

As we arrived they handed us a cold towel and a fresh pressed watermelon juice to welcome us is sooo refreshing especially Bali weather is super hot. The Villa has additional services of transport, in house massages and a lot more than you can think of which helps a lot to us since we are traveling in a group. The bed is a bit springy but we had good sleep, bathroom and Terrance are excellent. Location is incredible. Both Elizabeth and Dewi had excellent and was of great help.

January 2020I rented the place for a family meeting/ reunion of 18 people. I must say this place is the one of the best that I found for the occasion. With the location that is close to so many great places in Seminyak, it is a very good value for money. The villa looks exactly like the photo, just a little bit older and rusty, but everything else are the same. They have kitchen that has very complete utilities incase you decide to cook! The swimming pool is also well maintained and in perfect size for large family. Next to villa is circle K. We love Rio , Luna, and the whole team. They are very fast in responding to our needs and when there are issues such as broken shower or towel handle, they quickly repaired it. The problems are only the almost non existence parking space and small harmless animals such as worm and gecko. But if you don’t have any vehicle with you or aren’t afraid of animals, I would definitely recommend you his place! Especially if you are traveling in such a large group or if it is your first time to Bali! Thank you Rio, Luna, and team for the great hospitality! I will definitely consider your listing if I have another big group wiht me.

There are always service staff accompanying with to help. Very nice location, access to supermarket and restaurants. Recommend to stay in the villa.

Tris is really helpful, she helps us with everything. Dinner at the villa was delicious. We really enjoy our time at the villa.

February 2022Rio’s place is very close to supermarket and cafes in Seminyak. While we were there we were helped by Mrs. Purnama and Bli Wahyu, they always clean the villa every morning. At night, there will be a security guarding til morning so we feel safe even though our cars is parked outside.

May 2023We had a group of 14 people at Rio’s villa and it was amazing, the place was way bigger then the photos made it look, the villa staff were so friendly and accommodating, place was always clean and well maintained, whatever we wanted, they helped organise! The location is also just right, just enough away from the chaos of the busy streets to feel alone, then a 5-10 min. Easy walk and you right amongst it, great coffee literally right next door! Highly recommend this villa, can not fault it one bit.

The location was excellent – close to everything we needed. The photos were true to the listing, and the villa was just as beautiful in person. The onsite staff were incredibly helpful and available 24/7, which made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for a group getaway!

The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. June 2022The reservation staff is fast responded when we booked the room, we were in the Seminyak area and urgently needed accommodation to stay, and they also gave the best price that match our budget. It was beyond our expectations, the room was amazing with a swimming pool facility and the staff was friendly. For sure we will be back again someday!

September 2022The place was really nice and perfectly situated in Seminyak. Staffed almost 24/7, it felt like they were constantly cleaning up for us which was nice. The AC in each room worked well and the pool area was great for hanging out with a large group. Check in was a breeze and the staff were really nice. Only issue really was the wifi was very slow/unusable in a lot of the rooms (it was good in the kitchen /dining area). All in all it was a really fun place to stay in, would stay here again.

January 2025Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough. The villa is a little dated and had some issues with door locks and plumbing. Once advised the staff attended to the issues. The location was a little noisy at night. Our group of 13 fitted easily and didn’t feel cramped. We had the bbq dinner cooked for us and that was great, thanks to Ken and the team. Overall great experience.

August 2025Semplicemente fantastica esperienza!Il plus della casa é Ilho con il suo staff sempre pronto a pulire, sistemare e rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta o domanda. A fine colazione/pranzo/cena silenziosamente arrivava qualcuno a pulire, lavare tutte le stoviglie ed il pavimento. Ci siamo veramente sentiti coccolati e viziati.Noi eravamo un gruppo con 5 adulti e 9 ragazzini (tra 15 e 19 anni) quindi le camere a bordo piscina (un po' più piccole delle altre)sono state comodissime per i ragazzi che appena svegli si facevano un bel tuffo mentre le altre stanze nella parte destra della casa (più grandi e con bagni enormi) sono state fantastiche per noi adulti che così avevamo privacy e silenzio dalle chiacchiere notturne dei ragazzi. La zona è molto centrale, in 10 min a piedi si raggiunge il Seminyak Square che è il centro commerciale da cui partono tutte le vie dello shopping e ristoranti inoltre proprio nella via altri ristoranti di buon livello, senza contare che Gojak ti porta tutto.

It was walking distance to fun places but had just enough distance so that we’re not bothered by any loud noises or anything like that. The people working at the villa were very kind and lovely.
