Our villa is nestled in the heart of Seminyak, Explore Bali shops, fine restaurants, cafes, nightspots, and superb tourist attractions which are located minutes from the villa.

House rules

We trust that our guests will take good care of our villa, and leave it as they found it. However, smoking is only allowed in the open areas outside of the rooms and is strictly not allowed inside.

We offer a true Airbnb experience and have a villa manager who will be available throughout your stay and can be contacted via phone, messenger, or email.

Other things to note

Our check-in time is anytime from 3 pm
We offer 24-hour check-in, and our villa manager and staff are around for personal check-in during the daytime. During the nighttime, there will be our security staff for the check-in service.
The checkout time is by 12 p.m. (including all baggage)

There will be an additional charge for each extra person starting from the 15th person onwards, which is $20 per person per night.

Hazel Villa was a perfect villa for my family of 11. The space inside and outside was great for all our family activities. Kris and the staff were amazing at communicating and also helping with any requests. Villa is in one of the quieter streets so street noise is not a problem at all. Awesome communication by host. The best location, walking distance to everything which was perfect for our large family group of adults and kids. Staff were amazing. This villa is amazing, they have a big place for group or family. Ludwig and staff really helpful, each room was big, you can do a karaoke and playing playstation. I was so happy staying here and for sure will comeback. The location is great, close to big road and many restaurants. Its perfect place to stay if you looking around seminyak area. Ludwig are really cared to the guest, he make sure everything you have a great experience staying at his place. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We stayed at Hazel Villa from 20-24 July. My family has 16 of us and we all had an amazing 5 days. The location was great! Only about 5 mins walk to the busy street of seminyak and with loads of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The villa manager, Luna was very resourceful on every request I throw at her. She’s fast to reply as well. :) We had arranged for bbq buffet dinner in our villa and the food was so delicious and everyone in my family enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and nice as well. Would definitely come back again or recommend to any of my friends who has big family.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa. Villa was clean, easy access to main road and cafes. Cleaning crew came everyday and had laundry service, security stayed through the night. One thing we noticed that the placement of the air con was a little off in some rooms, we can felt the wind blew right to our faces. But overall this villa is great for family holiday. Ludwig is very helpful as host. We will come back for sure.

Ludwig place is amazing! The location was good. everything was walking distance. There is a lot of good food in that area. Wear your sunnie and enjoy the walk. The staff was amazing. From the house manager to the staff that attended to us. Friendly and helpful as well. They will try to provide you with anything you need throughout the trip. There was a security guard at night as well. if you are in a big group, this place would be perfect as everybody gets to mingle around in the commonplace in the house. Thank you again Ludwig for hosting us.

The whole experience was really great. First thing that I loved was the staff. They were very welcoming and did a great job during our stay. It was all super clean and we got great breakfast as well. The location of the villa is perfect and its very spacious. Only a few minutes walk to the busy Seminyak shopping and food streets with loads of good restaurants. And only a few minutes drive to the beach. We had such a wonderful experience staying at Ludwig’s villa. Very recommended especially with a large group you have lots of space and a big pool as well. Thanks again for making our holiday in Bali very special:)

This villa is outstanding! It is in a great central location to check out the Seminyak area with many places walking distance from the villa. The villa has many thoughtful touches and amazing amenities. It has large communal areas for a large group to relax and hang out. Tris and her team were amazing and really looked after us really well. I highly recommend this place for any groups visiting the area!

The place was great! Staff was there to clean up everyday and help us with anything we want. Also, in the evening they have security for your protection. The fridge was stocked up on drinks so you don't have to buy outside. Just a few mins walk from the stretch of seminyak where all the stores are.

真的很棒 來峇里島住這麼棒的 浴室很大 有吹風機 房間非常乾淨 每一件都有定時噴香氛的機器 浴室小缺點是沒有乾濕分離 洗澡完地板濕濕的。 除了房東 還有一位管理者負責細節聯繫 都回覆非常快 也很謝謝提供我們機場接送的服務 。 早餐很多種可以選擇 馬上做的速度也很快 晚上還有警衛待在門口警衛室保護我們的安全 。 雖然對我們學生來說價格比較高 但是品質很好 有機會來 會想再住一次的。
