1. Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, with 24-hour access for your convenience.
Our Villa Manager and staff will personally welcome you during daytime arrivals. For late-night arrivals, our security team will assist to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in experience.
Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon), including all luggage clearance.
2. Additional Guests:
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests within the standard rate.
After the 14th guest onwards, an additional charge of USD $20 per person per night applies, which includes an extra bed.

The fridge was stocked up on drinks so you don't have to buy outside. Just a few mins walk from the stretch of seminyak where all the stores are.

The villa has many thoughtful touches and amazing amenities. It has large communal areas for a large group to relax and hang out. February 2019The whole experience was really great. First thing that I loved was the staff. They were very welcoming and did a great job during our stay. It was all super clean and we got great breakfast as well. The location of the villa is perfect and its very spacious. Only a few minutes walk to the busy Seminyak shopping and food streets with loads of good restaurants. And only a few minutes drive to the beach. We had such a wonderful experience staying at Ludwig’s villa. Very recommended especially with a large group you have lots of space and a big pool as well. Thanks again for making our holiday in Bali very special:)

February 2019Ludwig place is amazing! The location was good. everything was walking distance. There is a lot of good food in that area. Wear your sunnie and enjoy the walk. The staff was amazing. From the house manager to the staff that attended to us. Friendly and helpful as well. They will try to provide you with anything you need throughout the trip. There was a security guard at night as well. if you are in a big group, this place would be perfect as everybody gets to mingle around in the commonplace in the house. June 2021Our family had a wonderful stay at this villa. Villa was clean, easy access to main road and cafes. Cleaning crew came everyday and had laundry service, security stayed through the night. One thing we noticed that the placement of the air con was a little off in some rooms, we can felt the wind blew right to our faces. But overall this villa is great for family holiday. Ludwig is very helpful as host. We will come back for sure.

Only about 5 mins walk to the busy street of seminyak and with loads of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The villa manager, Luna was very resourceful on every request I throw at her. She’s fast to reply as well. :) We had arranged for bbq buffet dinner in our villa and the food was so delicious and everyone in my family enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and nice as well. Would definitely come back again or recommend to any of my friends who has big family. ??

The villa staff were super helpful, and always responded very quickly. There was some issues with the water heater during our stay, and the team rectified it very promptly. October 2025The place is average at best. The location is excellent and very well connected to the heart of Seminyak - however I feel we paid largely for that. The furniture is old and squeaky, especially in the living room, the ceiling height is much smaller than what it appears on the photos. We had to deal with mosquitoes and lizards - which the staff helped with when asked - but we had no clue while coming in with infants that we should expect it. The staff was largely locked in a room at the edge of the villa and it was an effort to knock multiple times to approach them for anything. The housekeeping was good however we had to ask the staff to do it multiple times. I would not go here again, I’m sure there are multiple other options in similar or better pricing. I was a bit surprised at all other reviews being overwhelmingly positive. The villa can do better with improved furniture and more responsive staff.

June 2019Our stay at Villa Hazel couldn’t have been more amazing. My family, 6 adults and 3 children had the most wonderful time. There was plenty of common spaces and large bedrooms for us all. Made, Kadek, Komang and Ngna were beautiful people who made our stay that extra special. They are such an outstanding addition to the beautiful Villa. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, In house dinner, baby walker, scooters, pool fencing, booking day spas, helping with our kids _ they did it all! Luna the manager of the Villa was fantastic with her communications and assistance with anything we needed. Thank you everyone!!!

May 2019We had an amazing time at Hazel villa! We were 22 of us with last minute additions to the group. Despite which Rio accommodated us! The open kitchen with a sprawling living and dining provided a wonderful ambience for us to just hang out together playing, chatting, catching up, and listening to great music even late into the night. The place was safe and the staff cooked some yummy food. They even provided vegan menu options. The location of the villa is just so convenient, with supermarkets, boutiques, and some of the best night spots just a walk away. Overall it was a fab experience! September 2018LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We loved our stay in this very spacious and stylish villa In a very central location of Seminyak the main touristic hotspot. Not far from the beach but also close to the Seminyak restaurants and shops. I loved the rooms. All individually furnished with new and modern ensuite bathrooms. The pool and garden area has a decent size and you can either enjoy hanging out in the huge lounge area or on the deckchairs around the pool. Tris the villa manager and her team are incredible. The staff made us breakfast every morning and they were all very nice and attentive and helped us planning some trips as well. The best of all is that you don't need a car. There is a 24h supermarket just around the corner and even in the evening you can walk easily within a few minutes to great coffeeshops, restaurants and bars and shopping places. So we will definitely come back again soon. Thanks for having us!

January 2020I need to say that Rio was an excellent owner. His property staff manager, Luna, was always in touch checking that everything was good. Villa staff is even better! We felt like at home. They helped us to arrange a bbq and everything was superb. Food 10/10, service 10/10, cleanness even more! Overall is will highly recommend to spend time in that villa. Location is awesome as well (24h supermakets, bars, restaurants etc, but still really quite! Will definitely repeat my stay!

January 2020The location is good, in front of 24hr convenience store and so many stores within a walk distance. We love the villa, even though it looks smaller than it was on the picture. But it still could acommodate my group of 22 people with 4 toddlers. They clean our rooms everyday (but you could lock the door if you don’t want to) and also the kitchen so we don’t have to worry about the dishes the next morning. It’s really worth the price to stay here. Thank you Rio!

June 2019The staff at this place is amazing. The location is convenient for short cab rides to the beach and local areas. The villa was perfect for a family reunion of 12 people. The set up of the villa lend itself well for centralized hangouts with enough alcoves if some decide to have their own quiet time. The pool is smaller than expected though - especially given that the title of the place has “Huge Pool” in it. Perhaps remove that in the title since it seems misleading. The kids in our group did develop skin burns/rashes from the pool but perhaps because kids have more sensitive skin and because they spent the most time in the water day in and day out. Otherwise, great everything.

The staff was great and very accommodating - extremely courteous and helpful whenever we needed anything. There were a couple times where we had to ask for more fans to keep the mosquitos at bay or to have someone check the air con or music player - everything was handled and resolved within 30 min or less! The pools was great and everything was cleaned up daily! We were able to both relax at the villa as well as have fun before evenings out. Overall, highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at this villa and I must say its one of the best location you can get as its close to the beach and close to the restaurants and shopping in Seminyak. The staff and the villa manager were great, attentious and always there to help and they kept the place clean and tidy. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious with new furniture and 100% clean. You have plenty of space to hang out around the pool and lounge with deckchairs and sofas. Spacious car park as well and we always booked breakfast and dinner which was very good as well. All in all a perfect stay in a great location and very well maintained and luxurious villa. We will definitely come back this summer. Rio is a very nice host. Easy to communicate and arrange our needs regarding airport pic up and car rent for our day trips. I can 100% recommend this vila!

November 2020I stayed at Rio's villa (Hazel Villa) for 5d/4n. The staff were very very friendly and very attentive. The villa itself was great. Very nice location, walking distance to the heart of Legian where there are lots of nice bars, cafe and restaurants. The rooms were nice, clean and functional. The best of the villa is the huge living room + hangout place + bar etc. Together with 6 of my friends, we spent most of our villa time at this living room. And the pool was just in front of it. Overall, this is a really great place to stay.

Their check in instructions were clear and they have a dedicated team who contacted me before our stay to ensure that everything is in place & attended promptly to my queries and request. Rio's team provided suggestions on food & attractions, helped with reservation bookings & coordinated deposit payments. Everything was seamless and they are available 24/7 with any help required. As I have a toddler, they provided a single bed as goodwill so that my child can sleep comfortably. The villa was in a great location, quiet but yet super near to the busy streets of seminyak. There is in house security which made us feel safe at all times. The villa is really big and clean with a nice pool. Some of the areas in the house is a little dated but it didn't affect us at all as the place was kept very clean and neat and we all lived comfortably in the villa. Thanks so much for your great service and will definitely recommend this place! :)

The place was very well maintained and the staff was extremely responsive. There were a few minor issues here and there which were very promptly taken care of by the staff. The pool was a bit smaller than it looked like in pictures. Would highly recommend this place!

December 2023Honestly, i can confidently say this was one of the best properties i had the pleasure of staying in! From the get-go, Rio has been a wonderful host; reaching out and making sure we have our queries answered promptly. Moreover, there were also dedicated staffs/security staying in a separate quarter, working in shifts, who’s been very helpful. We stayed for 2 nights, and got our rooms/communal spaces cleaned for the second day during noon. The property having as many bathrooms as there are bedrooms is a minute detail we certainly appreciate. The property is also conveniently located with great restaurants nearby, whilst still maintaining peace & tranquility within the villa itself. All in all, have nothing but positive things to say about the experience!

All members of staff associated with the villa were of great help. They were polite and easy to communicate with. They would also tend to any requests or questions that we had. I especially appreciated having 2 sinks in the kitchen and strong (& heated!) water pressure throughout the day. October 2024I didn't expect the facilities to be so complete. From big things to small details, everything is very well thought out. The open spaces are great, the yard is spacious, and there’s ample parking. Everything is amazing. What I like the most is that I could find all the equipment I needed, from the smallest to the biggest one.

I brought my boss and my team to quick escape in Bali and actually kinda worry bout the villa (considering its location and how good it is by the photos---the rate was so cheap?). Villa looks like its photos and the services were splendid (my boss even ordered massage and she loved it!), strategic loc, complete utilities, have staffs standby within the villa and host also go above and beyond to always make sure we have everything we need during our stay. We'll be coming back if I have another group trip to Bali?

Rio and his team did a great job in welcoming us and meeting all our requirements, be it arranging for transport, wheelchair, accommodating our luggage in their office as we were early for check in, and even the last minute requests or changes. The Villa was as described and was clean. It had all the facilities and amenities. And the in-house staff were very supportive and responsive. Location was great as it was at walkable distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and beaches and not very far from places of attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and wonderful stay at the Hazel Villa. Thank you Rio and your team for being so prompt and responsive and catering to all our requests. Surely recommend your place!

The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances were well maintained. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The facilities was beyond our expectations, especially the Playstation. :) As a suggestion, maybe you can provide full body mirror in every room. Since we have to check our outfit, but we have limited mirror-view. ;) The host was fast response and informative. Steve always checking up about everything to make us comfortable.

The place is very spacious, making it perfect for big groups or family trips. Facilities were excellent: smart TVs in every room, private bathrooms in each bedroom, and plenty of air conditioners. Even with the Bali heat, the villa stayed very cool and comfortable at all times. The location is a huge plus. It’s right in the heart of Seminyak, literally within walking distance to shops, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, and everything you need. Super convenient and lively area. Highly recommended for gatherings, group stays, or family vacations. We would definitely stay here again!

We did hire motorbikes as it was too far to walk the beach, but there are lots of nice restaurants/bars and shops in the area. Me and my family really enjoyed our week here, everything was perfect.

March 2026We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained, with helpful staff who were present but not disruptive. The rooms are spacious and perfect for groups or families. The location is ideal—quiet enough to relax, but just a short walk to the main strip with all the action. You get convenience without the chaos. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are mini marts nearby, which were really handy. One small thing: the main door lock is a bit tricky to use. A digital lock or newer mechanism would make it easier. Overall, a great villa, the manager is extremely kind and lovely as well. No issues with communication.
