We trust that our guests will take good care of our villa, and leave it as they found it. However, smoking is only allowed in the open areas outside of the rooms and is strictly not allowed inside.
Exclusive access to the entire space
We offer a true Airbnb experience and have a villa manager who will be available throughout your stay and can be contacted via phone, messenger, or email.
Our check-in time is anytime from 3 pm
We offer 24-hour check-in, and our villa manager and staff are around for personal check-in during the daytime. During the nighttime, there will be our security staff for the check-in service.
The checkout time is by 12 p.m. (including all baggage)

October 2024Had the best time at the rose field villa, villa staff were unbelievably helpful and cleaned up after 22 guys for 4 days which is a huge ask, shoutout to ardi, kuma, and norm the security guard as well as all the other friendly staff can’t name you all but thank you, the villa itself was amazing the newly renovated room and ensuite is stunning (my room), the rest of the villa was also magnificent ideal for large group, we were welcomed with fresh watermelon juice and a cold towel also helped out with moped hire and catering upon arrival. The location is also very central we could walk to cafe del mar and a 10 minute scooter to all the main beach clubs and pubs so very ideal for party goers, Brekky place next door which is very helpful for easy breakfast but also a short moped ride from well known cafes in Canggu, highly recommend this villa and would 100% stay again, thank you Elizabeth and crew

August 2024Great location, lovely staff and just like the photos. Room, bathrooms and kitchen were all immaculate. Really enjoyed our stay where the staff are great and are super helpful (or as distant as needed also). A poolside speaker helps you set your own mood in the villa plus a great cafe at your doorstep for that first morning coffee. Easy access to all surrounding restaurants and bars. Would strongly recommend for those who are looking for a great group gathering.

Le personnel au petit soin s’occupe du ménage et la villa est sous surveillance 24/24 ce qui rassure énormement quant aux effets personnels que nous pouvons y laissé. L’emplacement est bon mais canggu reste tres embouteillé et tout se fait en scooter. Les chambres etaient propres et conformes aux fotos. Merci pour cet accueil et a tres vite

July 2023We stayed at this Airbnb for 7 days when we were in Bali and I would definitely stay here again when I come back! It was an amazing place with all staff and hosts looking after every little detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Ludwig was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. We also got help arranging through the villa manager and service manager, who were both amazing individuals that helped us in every way possible. Overall it was amazing and would highly recommend to anyone going to the Canggu area in Bali!

July 2023Head right, and immediately there is a massage place. It’s rustic, but we all agreed it’s the best one we found this trip (and cheapest). Keep heading down the street and you will come to Maize, which has phenomenal cocktails. There’s also a secret nightclub behind maize for those inclined. Across the street is one of the best supermarkets you will find in Bali, and multiple ATMs and money exchanges. Keep going all the way and you hit a beach club. Head left, immediately you hit an amazing cafe with great breakfasts, coffee, lunches and dinners. Keep going up the road about 4 mins and you hit a street full of bars, massage places and restaurants. The villa needs no description. It’s stunning and the staff are ever present but never there if that makes sense.

June 2023The villa itself is great for large parties. The lead staff Ayu and Elizabeth and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. We were greeted with local welcome drinks and plenty of snacks. The villa has a “no loud noise” policy after 9pm, however there is a club next door called MAIZE that plays loud music until 4am that can be heard at the villa. It’s hard to walk around because there are no walking paths near the villa. 1 room has poor drainage in the shower. 3 out of the 9 rooms had no hot water our entire stay. Maintenance was called out, but they were unsuccessful. We were offered 4 free massages for the inconvenience on our travel day so we couldn’t take advantage of the offer. Overall I wouldn’t stay here if there are children in your party, but it’s great for an all adult vacation.

The drivers were available to us for transportation during our stay and went above and beyond. The pool was clean and refreshing. We highly recommend the villa to families with kids. The area has plenty of walking distance dining options and a close by supermarket, massage spa and beach. Overall very comfortable and clean. we can't wait to come back !!!

September 2022As a group of 11 middle age surfers, we were looking for luxury as well as convenience in canggu. The access to the beach and Finn’s resort is within easy reach, and supermarket is nearby. There is a cafe that backs onto the Villa which is also ideal. The Villa itself is away from the hustle of canggu, and is fantastic value. The rooms are spacious and beds extremely comfortable. The pool is ideal for lounging around and chatting all day and night. The Villa was cleaned everyday from top to bottom, and the communication with our host superb if we ever needed drivers, or services, or adjustments to our booking. Superb value, quality and service overall! I’d recommend to anyone visiting the area.

November 2021Everything about this place is perfect and comfortable. Location wise, it's near with beach, plenty of choices for restaurant and Cafe, and entertainment places. Yet, it feels quite and secluded when We're in the Vila. The Wifi is fast so it's perfect if You require internet for working and entertainment. There's also Smart TV and PS4 inside the property. The Vila itself is very spacious indoor and outdoor. It's perfect if you have active kids. The swimming pool is big and clean. The bed is comfy and the rooms is clean. The staff were all very helpful and clean the property regularly everyday. We are definitely will come back here again in the future!

January 2020It was amazing short weekend with my friends. We went for office gathering in Bali and everybody enjoyed the time we stayed at Ludwig’s place. The space is beautifully design and comfortable. The villa has everything we need for a great holiday. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and less than 10mins walk to Cafe Del Mar. Ludwig and the staff are very responsive and take great care in making sure you’re well taken care of before and during your stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Canggu in the future. Love to book again should we return to Canggu, Bali. Thank you Ludwig and Mba Luna!
