Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Central London/Covent Garden in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major London sights on your doorstep, you will not find a better location!

The apartment is very complete, it has everything you could need for an excellent stay. Being winter heating is a very important issue and it works very well. It is very well supplied with soap, shampoo, toilet paper and other necessary cleaning products. It has a very good terrace that in times of pleasant temperatures can be used.

February 2018Location location location! What a perfect spot in London. We could walk to tourist spots like London Eye, shop at Covent Gardens or hangout at a local pub. I could go on for days listing how many places we could walk to. Very close to Covent Gardens tube. Great local eats. Place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended this place and I thought the price was great considering how much hotels are in London. I wish we could have used the terrace but it’s February and cold but what a cute plus if you are able to use it. Rooms were very quiet as well if you like to sleep in. Would stay here again 100%.

January 2018Nice place, great location. 5-minute walk from two underground stations. Snacks and news across the street. I walked to the Royal Opera in 3 minutes to watch Tosca. It’s not a luxury place at all, but it’s a charming small apartment, enough for a family of five. Small clean bedrooms and a living room with a good comfortable sofa-bed. The walls need painting, but nothing serious. Good set of home appliances (dish washer, vacuum cleaner, expresso machine, microwave oven, toaster). 3 TVs and wi-fi working perfectly. There was no electric adapters but I bought three and left them there for the next guest. One of the people was not the perfect host (didn’t give me enough information upon arrival, watched me carry 5 large suitcases up the steep stairs, and basically didn’t care when I informed about the lack of adapters), probably pissed off about the bad weather on a Sunday. Understandable. The other was nice and helped me promptly with some minor issues. It was a pleasant stay, and we loved London.

Darren, who met us personally on site, to exchange keys was a brilliant surprise - he made us feel so welcome and at home - he also explained all the flats gadgets, which really helped us settle in quickly and make the mosy of our stay. We are definitely coming back and recommending the flat to my family and friends. Fab place. No faults.

She was extremely pleasant and where at one point we had a minor glitch with the WiFi she ran out and got it fixed in minutes. Can’t say enough good things about this experience. It was close (5-8 minute) walk from two main tube stations and very close (1-5 minutes) from cafes (next door) and fine dining (a Spanish- tapas restaurant down the street). We were originally booked to stay in Wolfgangs other apartment but unfortunately there was an illegal party by the previous guests who trashed the apartment. All the details he sent me beforehand were very helpful. And I found it very handy that I didn’t need to look for any further instructions while there’re many bnb rooms that require too many things or makes you deal with everything. -Tidy&handy: as you know there’re so many old buildings in this country where you have to pull a string to flush? but this property is surprisingly rid of all of old, fuzzy things. Very modernised and clean. Especially the bathrooms were so fine! -Location: it’s 5 mins away from Covent garden and still it’s very quiet. You might get some little bit of noise in the living room BUT when you go into bedrooms, it’s completely silent. We just walked back from Soundheim theatre and it took only 10 mins! This house made our days in London more comfy and less tiring. Absolutely great! Many thanks to Andi!!

November 2022We were a family of five visiting London for a few days. The apartment is in a great location (close to Covent Garden) and was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of cafés and restaurants near by. We were able to drop off our bags before check in time and we met the cleaner who was very friendly and welcoming. Communication from Ryan and Mike was fantastic all throughout our stay. They messaged daily to check that everything was going smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend the apartment. We hope to return someday in the future.

May 2023Wolfgang was very responsive to my messages and made the check-in process straightforward. The flat is conveniently located - walkable to various cafes and eateries, grocery stores, Seven Dials Market, and a couple of tube stations. It has two average sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living room is very spacious, and the couch turns into a comfortable bed that can accommodate additional guests. There is one additional half-bathroom in the hallway that is quite tiny but has a toilet and a sink nevertheless. In the evening, the street gets a bit noisy mainly from pedestrians and a bit from traffic, which is most impacting those in the living room that is facing the street (but potentially those staying in the the closer bedroom if sensitive to noise at night). Overall, the flat is a good option for staying in London.

Wolfgang’s communication was outstanding and he let us store our luggage and pick up the key prior to the check in time which was a huge help in allowing us to go enjoy our first day in London. March 2024Jag rekommenderar detta boende för alla som ska besöka London! Boendet uppfyllde våra höga förväntningar! Boendet ser ut som på bilderna, det var välkomnande, rent och fräscht. Det ligger centralt och det är lätt ta sig till de olika sevärdheterna. Vi gick till exempel till Piccadelly Circus på 15 minuter och Covent Garden Market ligger ett kvarter bort. Det var också väldigt enkelt att checka in och instruktionerna var tydliga. Kommunikationen från värden var också smidig. Vi fick till exempel tips om bagageförvaring. Vi använde LuggageHero till bagageförvaring innan tiden för incheckning. Vi hittade också till mataffären Tesco. Vi använde köket för att äta frukost och laga middag. Vi åt i matsalen som är en väldigt fin del i boendet. I vardagsrummet finns en stor tv, som vi tittade på efter en hel dag på stan. Slutligen, detta boende får 5 stjärnor av oss. Tack för allt och om vi åker till London igen, bor vi gärna här nästa gång också!

January 2025As a 60+ couple, we have stayed in a lot of self-catering properties over the last 30 years. This was one of the best. We had a fantastic time staying at Wolfgang's place. Wolfgang's communication before and during our stay was brilliant. He answered all my questions within minutes and always gave very good advice and information. Location is perfect, a quiet place and within a few minutes slow walk to Covent Garden tube, shops and restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean including the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and bedrooms were perfect for a good night's sleep after a busy day enjoying the London sights and theatres. The kitchen was very well equipped. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to London.

My only complaint would be construction in the adjacent space that started 7:30-8am and was loud. Wolfgang was helpful and quick to respond with any of our questions.

April 2025Heerlijk gelegen, op 5 min van Brittish van Convent garden en bijna zelf leister Square, met toffe restaurants en winkels allemaal in de buurt. Heel veel gewoon te voet bereikbaar Kamers en badkamers zijn klein maar comfortabel elk met eigen badkamer. Er is een heuse living en een eetkamer met comfortabele keuken. Een trap op van de straat en niemand erboven. Check in verliep vlot en we konden tas droppen om dat de schoonmaak dame er was, dat was handig. Minpunt was dat er onder de woning werken waren en dus om 7.30 de eerste geluiden en om 8.00 de eerste hamerslagen. Voor ons niet erg omdat we naar buiten wouden - was heerlijk weer.

June 2025Host was great and very responsive. He was quick to help. The location is perfect and easily walkable to all the area attracts (Covent Garden, Theaters, etc.). The place was well stocked and had espresso pods for the morning, which was greatly appreciated! There is a large supermarket around the corner and wonderful restaurants right out your door. It does not have A/C, and it got very warm during the day. The back area is a sun room and the door to the kitchen has been removed, so the heat from that room fills the house. It was only in the mid 70’s when we were there and still very hot inside through the day/night. Personally, I would not stay here in the heat of the summer. In order to keep it cool we had to have all windows open, and it made the living room fold-out bed not possible to sleep on due to the street noise. We planned for one child on that bed, but it was too loud so they slept on the floor in a bedroom. There were fans provided though. Generally, it was a fine stay.

The place was very clean with clean linen and good toiletries. The kitchen had adequate utensils for any type of cooking and the host had most thoughtfully stocked the pantry well with all the basic requirements for cooking. Had a lovely stay and how I wished we should have planned for a longer stay.

The location is absolutely prime, and although you are right in the middle of everything, the flat itself is blissfully quiet and a welcome respite from the hustle of Covent Garden and environs. Ray is a wonderful host. Communication was easy and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. Heat was not an issue on our visit but there were plenty of fans provided for those occasional hot days. I look forward to staying here again.

London streets/pubs can become very loud and crowded at night, but this place is perfectly situated for easy access to the excitement but distanced enough for a safe and peaceful night’s sleep. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting London and especially those visiting for the first time with kids.

May 2020A fantastic location with an added bonus of a roof terrace. A few challenges with hot water when we first arrived were dealt with really swiftly and handled well. We needed the stay as our daughter was having a baby at UCLH and then needed transferring to Great Ormond Street (during the COVID-19 crisis). Ray was so flexible at extending our stay last minute so that we could be near our granddaughter. The flat was clean, comfortable and easily accommodated all of us. Would recommend!

Bring a sleep mask if you have issue with light when you sleep as one of the bedrooms has skylight but no blinds. The location is ideal if you want to feel in the heart of London's West End yet as the flat has good sound insulation it's surprising peaceful inside. Outside it's all happening with restaurants, museums, theatres, coffee shops etc everywhere you look. The flat is tastefully, stylishly decorated and spotlessly clean. We found the beds in the 2 bedrooms very comfy indeed. The nespresso machine makes excellent coffee! Highly recommended.

June 2022This is a beautiful accommodation in the heart of London. Easy access to multiple underground stops with Covent Garden being the closest, about a 6 minute walk which we managed with all our luggage with no difficulty. Covent Garden stop is on the Piccadilly line which services Heathrow. There are several little cafés and restaurants within a few meters of the front door, good for breakfast or a quick bite anytime. Although it's in the heart of London, it's a very quiet street. I think it's particularly quiet because some sections of that road do not allow any cars so you get no through traffic (cars are allowed right in front of the apartment so you can use Uber easily). As for the inside, the entry door is right on the street and it seems secure. Entry is via a key in a lock box which allows for late arrival. There's a small landing right inside the apartment, which is a good place to remove your shoes or stage your luggage as you arrive or leave. Then you walk up a flight of stairs to the apartment itself (no second door to open). Although this is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment, there are 5 distinct rooms with doors: living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room. The separate rooms allows some members of your group to sleep in while others use the kitchen/dining. The double beds in the bedrooms are comfortable. The living room has a pull out double bed size sofa bed (if only one person sleeps there you don't need to pull anything out). Wifi access is free and good throughout the apartment. The 2 full bathrooms attached to the bedrooms (plus powder room in the hallway) makes getting ready in the mornings quick for a large group. There are 3 TVs, which we never used. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and functional. Although the listing indicates no outdoor patio space, the dining room is like a sun room with lots of sun light and windows to let the air in. The radiator heat is effective and easy to use. As mentioned in other reviews there's no AC but you rarely need it in London, particularly at night (just open a couple of windows if needed). Overall we were very happy to have booked this apartment for our London trip... Oh and how could I forget, Ray is a fantastic host; would have been a very nice person to meet in person, but this is how things are in the digital age.

There are ample towels and linens and supplies - much appreciated! The bedrooms do not have exterior windows and are quite small. There are 3 toilets which is very convenient, but again they are quite small. All in all the apartment is perfectly adequate, but not particularly comfortable and certainly not luxurious. But it’s truly hard to beat the size and location.

The bedrooms are not spacious but there is a lot of ample space in the common areas. Communication with both Ray and Mike was great. The downside for us was that online delivery was not really an option as the door to the apartment is right on the side of the street, so plan ahead if this is something you want to do. Oher than that, everything was graet Thank you Ray and Mike and we would definitely be back again!

July 2025We stayed here while visiting London with family to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The location was excellent, and the apartment matched the listing in terms of space and amenities. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by unexpected roof construction that began early every morning. The host initially seemed unaware but later explained that the building owner had scheduled repairs for the entire week. The noise was especially challenging with our 3-year-old waking early each day. We also experienced a water leak over one of the beds and debris falling into a bathroom. While this may have been a rare situation, it significantly impacted our stay and required time spent coordinating with the host and arranging cleanups. We hope this was just an unfortunate coincidence, as the property itself has a lot going for it. With better communication around such issues, future guests will hopefully have a smoother experience.

We brought our 10 month old on our trip and it was 100% baby friendly (nothing breakable, all the doors close, plenty of space including the backyard). The location is great for sight seeing and shopping. Check in was a breeze. The only downside is the beds are a little small (full size) and not the most comfy. We still slept well and had a great time.

The door from the street is unassuming, but inside was perfect and had everything our family of four could possibly need, including space for each of our teenagers, Xbox, tv’s, and wireless. The apartment is very central to the theater district, bus lines, underground, groceries, etc. The beds were so cozy and the showers were incredible after a long day of hustling around London. Nighttime can be a bit loud if someone is sleeping in the front room, but nothing that earplugs or listening to music can’t drown out. It is the city after all! Noise was not an issue from the other areas of the flat. Lastly, the communication with Ryan and his team made our stay so seemless! Thank you

May 2018Gem of a find, the apartment is in a brilliant location in Covent Garden but you shut the front door and it is peaceful and quiet. Sitting on the roof terrace we couldn’t hear any noise from the crowds outside. The apartment was well cleaned, everything you needed. The hosts responsive. It does need a freshen up, the walls need a paint and some of the furniture is marked/ scratched but it is a great stay.

The weather was unseasonably nice during the stay which made the amazing terrace area in the back of the flat a favorite spot to relax - especially loved the window wall that opens the dining space completely to the terrace. Extremely flexible with check in (after arriving on a late flight). Was there for a combo of work and vacation and the location was so central for both - very close to multiple tube stations as well as the British Museum and other tour sites. Would likely stay here again!

March 2018This place is centrally located in the middle of everything. If you want to be within striking distance of theaters, shopping, so many restaurants, bars, and cafes this is your place. The flat is very spacious and worked really well for two colleagues traveling together on business. Of course, the best part about the flat itself is the rooftop patio. The weather wasn't the best during this weeklong stay, but that didn't stop us from opening up the dining room doors to the outside or enjoying coffee outdoors each morning. Rio was an excellent host and was easy to keep in touch with via (Hidden by Airbnb) . A few favorite spots in the neighborhood if you are looking for things slightly less touristy: Cafe Verona - located just downstairs. Simple, fast, cheap food; Da Mario - small Italian restaurant with authentic food, 2 minute walk; 10 Cases - wine bar with small plates, good music, great owners; Cicchetti - another Italian spot very close. Sit at the bar and get great; service/conversation. The restaurant is pretty hectic; Gordon's Wine Bar - outside if weather allows, the "bunker" is a must try unless you are claustrophobic! Definitely unique; Nell Gwynne - tiny, off-the-beaten path pub with a good story and mostly locals; Lamb & Flag - same but bigger and even better story; Terroirs - my favorite London spot, hard to find. The downstairs bar feels like you're in on a little London secret; Wow Retro - fun vintage shop beneath the flat; Super Superficial - cool t-shirt shop that supports local artists; Forbidden Planet - awesome store for your inner nerd or the little nerds back home;

March 2020This flat is fantastic! Great location for walking or using the public transit options, especially if you enjoy authentic international cuisine. Within steps of the front door are delicious Korean, Italian, Vietnamese, French and traditional British dining options. Every major theater is within a 7 minute walk and bus and underground stops are even closer. Also, very easy to get to grocery and fashion shopping. The British Museum is at the north end of the street, Seven Dials is directly to the west, so anything and everything London has to offer is very accessible. The apartment, itself, is well appointed, clean and included more than just the basic kitchen/ cooking needs. I can’t emphasize how nice it was to have a private outdoor space, as well. The open air deck was quiet and peaceful, despite how close we were to the action. I will recommend this space to anyone who wants to be able to free-style London and enjoy everything the city has to offer

May 2020Spacious and stylish flat, filled with natural light, felt like home. We stayed here for ten days and didn't want to leave! It has an amazing rooftop terrace, and great amenities like a nespresso machine, big flat screen TV, netflix and video games. Everything we could possibly need was provided for. The kitchen is very modern, sleek and well-stocked with great utensils and appliances. The only issue was that the bedroom curtains are thin and let in the morning sunlight, so bring an eye mask if you like to lie in. Aside from that, a lovely place to stay in a very fun and convenient location. The hosts are also very professional and respond very quickly to every message, and even ordered us another umbrella for the rooftop terrace during our stay.

At the moment, cleanliness is key to everyone’s comfort, we found the whole apartment to be very clean with lots of additions to help us keep it clean too. The location is excellent, we stayed to be close to Covent Garden, but also had very easy access to the rest of London without the need for public transport. If you know London well then you know Covent Garden is a wonderful base, but there are also many other areas to explore, all within walking distance. Thanks again for the stay ?

September 2022We are family of 6, stayed here from mid Aug - early Sept 2022. Ryan is a good host, just one click away for any questions and he’ll be quickly reply us. We all happy with the check in process, the staff helped us with our luggage. The unit is 1 floor above ground, only has 15steps stair to the unit. Apartment condition which was exactly as per advertised and especially the location, it was superb. Convenience store is just around the corner, tube station just a few minutes walk, and near to restaurants & shopping area. One thing that crossed my mind, it would be great if you can add a weekly cleaning service as we stayed there for 2 weeks, mid week cleaning would be a plus plus service. But anyway, we’re happy with our stay.. You will definitely will be on our top of mind when we go to London again! Warm regards, Anin.

The housework was done properly. It's nice to have three toilets when you are a group! Ryan kept in touch throughout our stay so we knew if there was a problem he was available. August 2023Ryan's flat has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus a queen size sofa bed in the living room with a third bathroom in the hallway. It also includes a kitchen, washing machine, and sunroom. There is a smart TV and WiFi (though it was spotty and stopped working at times). The apartment is clean. The location is in the heart of west-central London, near most of the tourists attractions. It is a few minutes walk from multiple Underground stations. Note that the flat is at the top of a flight of stairs, and there is no elevator. Ryan was proactive with communications and texted us manuals in advance with detailed instructions about everything in the unit. Overall, I highly recommend Ryan's unit.

For travel, two different train stations were within a 10 minute walk and could get us to everywhere we needed to go. The bathrooms are very small but there is a nice common area where everyone can sit around at.

Ryan was very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure everything was going well. The only thing that was not great were the beds. Unfortunately they were not very comfortable. I loved the size of the space. There were 4 adults in our group and there was plenty of room to feel comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

The location is fantastic...just down the street from Seven Dials and Covent Garden and near Holborn and Covent Garden tube stops, yet on a relatively quiet street. There was also plenty of common area / relaxation space with the well-sized living room and dining room. The bedrooms do not have windows onto the street, so they stay relatively quiet. We appreciated the cozy warmth this winter, and the full kitchen with basics (salt/pepper, oil, coffee/tea) and clothes washer were also super handy. Most of all, Rio's team was always very responsive and friendly from check-in to check-out. Thanks for the wonderful stay. Until next time!
