Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Central Garden in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major London sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!
We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:

- Keep down the noise, especially after 10:00 pm
- No smoking
- No pets
- Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available

August 2019The apartment was unbelievably spacious and central located. Absolutely perfect for our young family. Only constructive criticism was that the elevator was broken multiple times during our trip and we were forced to carry our bags and strollers up and down 2 flights of stairs - highly inconvenient for our family with young kids and elderly grandparent. One of the residents said that the elevator is always on the fritz. Not something that the owner of the AirBnB can help with because it’s a building maintenance issue, but it was highly inconvenient given our situation. That being said, the apartment was beautiful, spacious and so centrally located - we couldn’t have asked for a space more perfect for the apartment itself.

Darren met us at the apartment for check in & gave us a very thorough tour of the apartment/appliances which was very helpful. Would definitely stay again if ever back in London!

August 2018Awesome apartment!! We had 4 adults in our party and we were all very comfortable. The apartment was sparkling clean. The amenities and fixtures were all modern and upgraded. Great style and decor made us feel right at home. Darren met us at the apartment with a friendly greeting and a tour of the apartment to make sure we knew how everything operates. They provided soaps, shampoo including kitchen soaps and laundry detergent. We didn’t need to purchase anything for the apartment everything was there. The location was outstanding close to shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing. I would definitely rent again.

Easy reach of Thames and parks for running. 2 good bedrooms, one with air con and en suite shower room. Large main living area with air con and double sofa bed. Quiet and secure. Large TV and cool lighting. Recommended.

Apartment is well appointed and has a great floor plan. My only caution (and it’s somewhat minor) is that he flat is right next to a popular pub, so with that - comes some noise in the evenings.

Very noisy area with people passing and bottles being thrown into bins until the early hours - more suited to youngsters than families in my opinion. Communication was a little demanding with need for ID / Social Media account details before arrival and reminders of £150 charge if you overstay the check out time (although I’d already confirmed we were leaving early) Although it’s a good apartment I would not use again.

If you're very noise-sensitive NB the windows look out onto the service entrances of a couple of bars, and you'll hear bottle bins being emptied a couple of times per day! December 2021A great apartment that I wouldn't hesitate to go back to. Amazing location on the edge of Covent Garden so you are right in the heart of London and within walking distance of so much with a great selection of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. With all that you'd expect it to be really noisy but it was incredibly quiet and peaceful and you'd never think the Strand was less than 100m away. Photographs can be deceptive but not in this case and the apartment was as spacious as it looked, beautifully furnished and kitted out with everything you'd need. We had a great few days and wish we could have stayed for longer but we will be back!

The apartment is across from a bar which can be noisy with bottles being emptied and revellers at closing time. This may not be reflective of a normal stay as we were there during a particularly busy weekend. It did not impact on our enjoyment of the apartment but if you are a light sleeper or early to bed, maybe look elsewhere. February 2024This is a great flat is a convenient location. The instructions were great and fantastic communication from the owner. The flat is as advertised and looks like the photos. Well equipped and comfortable. Only complaint would be is that can be noisy at night with the bar across the path and the bottles going in the dumpster. But with a sound app on my phone at night to muffle the noise, it was fine. This is why I give location four instead of five stars. It is a small thing made up for the convenience. Walkable location to many things…even walked to Borough Market from there…about 30 minutes away.

February 2024We stayed in London for a few days for my nephews Christmas presents to shreks adventure and sea life aquarium. The location was central to everywhere we wanted to go with as little as a 10/20 mins walk. The apartment was lovely! Particularly liked how it had a PS4 for the kids to chill and play before bed. It was very spacious and looked just like the photos. The only downside I would say would be the noise from emptying the bins and people leaving the bar down the road, however it wouldn’t stop me staying there again as it’s not constant and didn’t ruin our stay. Steve and Mike were both very helpful and communicative from the beginning of the booking.

The location is perfect, easily walkable to many sights and there are many great restaurants so very close, including Fatt Pundit, Cinnamon Bazaar and Cora Pearl, just to name a few, and all of which I recommend. Communication with both Steve and Mike were very easy and they were very responsive throughout the booking, check-in and check-out process. Because the place is close to restaurants and bars, there is occasional noise late at night when garbage and bottles are being thrown out which could impact light sleepers. This did not impact our enjoyment and we would stay here again.

Grocery just a block away for home cooking. A terrific small building with elevator access and great security features. You’ll like the apartment with all you need for cooking and modern up to date features. Windows should be closed in the evening, as a nearby pub dumps glass bottles every so often into the early morning. Once closed not a problem for us. Nice place!

The flat is spacious and having two bedrooms and two baths made it comfortable for my family of four. The sofa bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the air conditioning kept the flat comfortable The whole check-in process went smoothly and we quickly settled into enjoying our holiday. The host was responsive and kept in touch to ensure we were having a great experience. I would rent this place again without a second thought.

Starting with the perfect location in Covent Garden, the amazing design, the communication and flexibility of the host, the amenities, the fact that it has AC, everything about this place was perfect! November 2022Sabi was incredibly responsive to my questions including getting a better idea of what tools were in the kitchen as I was planning to cook a large meal. I appreciate when a rental has basics such as salt/pepper/oil and tea/coffee/sugar, paper towels / dish soap / laundry detergent, and body wash / shampoo already available. I also appreciated the bluetooth speaker so we could play music off of our phones. The location is fantastic - central without being too loud like Soho. The space was quiet and warm. Only noise was from the bar's dumpsters when they dumped empty bottles periodically or from people walking in the alley, but I'd expected that from past reviews. I didn't hear noise from any other building occupants. When the lift was broken in the building (not their fault), she arranged for someone to meet me during check in and check out to help with luggage. The space, the location, and the service made this an excellent stay. Thank you to Sabi and team!

Food markets are very near as well as other conveniences such as public transport. Sabi is a responsive, reasonable host who aimed to resolve any issues immediately and her property manager, Mike, was a helpful resource for us during our stay. Apartment is fully-stocked with everything one needs, including kitchen + cooking items. Washer/Dryer in the unit was a helpful amenity for us and worked super efficiently.

March 2023I have NO bad things to say about this Airbnb. It was clean, super convenient, and comfy for our family of 2 couples and 1 baby. A pack & play and high chair were provided along with kids utensils and dishware. The dish washer and clothes washer worked well and the beds were very comfortable. I was nervous about possible noise but other than the occasional glass bottle dump into the recycling bin from the bar next door, it was very insulated.

The hosts were easy to communicate with and extremely thoughtful in the setup of the home. The house was immaculate and had great natural light. The location was perfect in Covent Garden close to convenience stores, restaurants, nightlife, train stops, bus stops, and ton of shops. There was a great pub 30 seconds away. For those who book city rooms but complain about noise (odd) the rooms were really quiet with the windows closed. Fab, location and fab flat. We will stay again when in town.

September 2023I made a huge research looking for the ideal place and this apartment was definitely the right one. The location is excellent, close to many tourist attractions, in a super cool neighborhood with many restaurants and with easy access to the metro. Despite this, it was super quiet at night. We went with children and elderly people, and everything was perfect. The apartment itself is exactly as in the photos, and in addition to being excellently clean, it is very well equipped and a spacious place which guaranteed very pleasant family moments at the end of a full day. The air works very well too, and Sabi kindly let us leave the luggage’s some hours earlier the check in time. I hope to come back soon with my family, thank you for all!

September 2025Absolutely loved this place!!! I had to book last second because of a dates being messed up in my head and having to leave the Waldorf hotel down the road early. But let me tell you - I wish I stayed here the whole trip instead of the fancy hotels. It truly felt like home. Clean bathrooms and kitchen and living room. Has fans in the rooms. Plenty of towels, great shower. Perfect. My only recommendation for American travelers - bring an adaptor for outlet charging! We didn’t but were able to charge our phones via play station USB.

November 2025We had a small issue getting inside initially due to a building issue (no fault on the air bnb owners) but Mike was there and immediately responded. The lift was broken, so those who can’t climb two flights of stairs should be mindful. But the space was beautiful, perfectly located, and everything else was just as described. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location. The noise at night that some have mentioned is negligible. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Having an elevator in the building was a nice plus when hauling our luggage in and out. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was that the shower backed up and leaked into the apartment below. But they had someone come fix it that day- very fast response. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to be in central London in a spacious setting, and especially good for two couples or a family of four.

February 2018Practically perfect base for central London. The photos and description of the property are accurate, the location within 5 minutes of 3 tube stations and Trafalgar square. Easily walk to many theatres and great dining options. The kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation and is open to the living room. The two bedrooms are comfortable with firm small queen size beds, one has a closet. Great washer and dryer machine with detergent supplied, also dishwasher and some basic kitchen supplies. There is an elevator which is great for luggage as the apartment is up two flights of stairs. The only issue (common in central London) is the noise of the nearby restaurants, they dump empty bottles into trash bins from 9 to midnight, then the garbage collection occurs every morning around 7. The heat worked well and there is AC, so it should be very comfortable year round. We had two couples on this trip and it felt spacious and comfortable for London. It is ideal for couples to share or a family as the living room couches are comfortable options for teens or kids. We are very satisfied with Ryan and his team, we would love to stay here again on our future trips to London.

The living room and dining area gets good natural light and makes it enjoyable to spend time there or to relax. I spent over two weeks in this apartment and didn’t want to leave as it felt like home. The apartment was very clean as well, and has a good washing machine. Location - excellent location!! It’s close to attractions, parks restaurants and food stores. You could not ask for a better location that incorporates all of these. Great care was taken by Ryan to make you feel at home and make the whole experience easy. I will definitely stay again! 10/10

July 2022This is an A+ location - close to several major underground stops and the West End theatres. In fact, we ended up using public transit a lot less than expected because we could walk to many of the major sites. We ate well within a 1-block radius. The apartment was lovely. We had some hot water issues while we were there but Mike and Ryan were quick to handle them and communicated well. The AC didn't reach one of the bedrooms but there were two fans to compensate, and there was more than enough space for our family of 4. Although the pub up the alley was very loud in the evenings, with the windows closed, the noise wasn't an issue at all and we all slept well. We arrived a couple hours before check in and expected to just store our luggage, but the apartment was ready and we were able to check in early, which we really appreciated.

The location was amazing - we stepped out the door onto a walk street (no cars) and were immediately in the midst of restaurants, shops, anything we needed. We could also walk to many major sites. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four. The living area and kitchen were spacious and clean and we had all the amenities we needed. The host was super responsive to any questions we had and accommodated an early check-in and late check-out. Most people are usually not so helpful with that and it really took away a lot of our stress on our way into London as well as our way out. We would 100% stay here again on our next visit to London.

A completely walkable location and there was nothing we couldn’t find in terms of food or entertainment choices that wasn’t within a 10 minute walk. We were grateful that my large family could be accommodated on such short notice and the home was exactly what we needed. I would note to anyone thinking about booking this home, that the transportation options are very good and the central location is very difficult to beat. The amenities were wonderful and we were not left wanting anything. Thank you Ryan for a wonderful stay.

We cooked most of our meals and it had a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to make what we needed. And despite being in between two busy parts of the city, we were able to sleep with the windows open because it was so quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

August 2024The location is absolute perfection. Ryan's apartment is in such a fun area with tons of restaurants and shops as soon as you step outside. We visited during a heat wave and the apartment had air-conditioning, which was really nice as the outdoor temperature was quite high yet the apartment kept cool. Our local London friends told us that air-conditioning is rare in London, so we were fortunate to be staying here and not somewhere else. Ryan is an extremely responsive, proactive and caring host. He wanted to make sure our needs were met and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. As is characteristic for London and the Covent Garden area, the apartment is not huge, but it was plenty of space for our family of 4 and it had everything we needed. We ate out for all of our meals so we did not use the kitchen to cook at all, but we did use the laundry machine which was very helpful.

The flat itself was in a great area and allowed us to walk quickly to many of the things we wanted to do / see. There are lots of restaurants and bars just nearby, but the flat itself is quiet. September 2024We were 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment was spacious enough and very comfortable. Everything was clean. Everything worked. The kids loved the playstation, Netflix, etc. The location is indeed perfect! Even if it gets a bit noisy - it goes quiet at 23:00. The AC is a huge advantage - end of August can get hot. Ryan was very helpful. Responsive. Proactive. The only bad thing I have to say is that the water pressure was very low on the showers. Ryan did send someone to try and fix it the following day, but it didn't help much. Overall - AMAZING apartment.

October 2024Super nice place for our family of 6 - prime location near metro station, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. All messages were promptly replied to and was super flexible with our check in to leave our suitcases inside prior to check in while we went sightseeing. Best was that there were no discharge instructions of cleaning and washing dishes or stripping the beds. It was a super easy checkout which was the most appreciated by myself and my family. Thank you Ryan- I would definitely recommend this stay to my family and friends.

November 2024Ryan’s place is by far the best Airbnb we had stay during our Europe trip. The apartment is very spacious, in great condition and excellent location. The apartment comes with everything you need for your stay. It’s also a short walking distance to the Underground subways and train station. There’s plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs around the area. All within walking distance. It’s also easy access to SOHO, West End and Regent Streets. It is just a stone throw away to all the restaurants and pubs and that means you will have to put up with the noise especially on the weekends. Other than that, we feel very much at home.

November 2024We enjoyed staying at Ryan’s place for our family trip. The apartment was clean, warm, and comfortable. We made quick breakfasts every morning along with coffee that wad provided by Ryan. It is close to prime tourist spots and many restaurants. I left a bag after the checkouts by accident. Ryan was so kind. He helped me retrieve my bag. Although the apartment was excellent, it was quite noisy at night. There is a bar/ restaurant right behind the apartment that can be noisy at night. Overall, it was a great place for my family.

February 2025This listing had an incredible location, we were able to walk to most things and if not there was very accessible public transportation (buses or tube) only a few minutes walk away that brought us anywhere within the city. The apartment was great, some of the photos in the listing are before some renovation/redesign, so it looks even better and for five people it fit our needs perfectly. We were impressed to not only find the essentials provided, but also a drawer full of adapters and extenders and an updated tour guide book which was not something I've seen in previous stays. The host and co-hosts were very responsive, provided all the information we needed ahead of time and checked on us several times during our stay to make sure we were satisfied, along with providing assistance very quickly and resolving any requests we had. As mentioned by other reviews, there may be noise from a nearby pub throwing glass at night, but that only occurred once during our stay and not that late.
