Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Central Garden in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major London sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!
We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:

- Keep down the noise, especially after 10:00 pm
- No smoking
- No pets
- Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available

January 2020This is a REALLY nice apartment and the location is five-star. We truly enjoyed our stay. Just one thing, if you intend to use the sofa bed, don't forget to bring earplugs, the street outside is very noisy.

April 2019Wolfgang's place is perfectly located in central London - you have theatres across the street, Covent Garden is a 5-minute walk, many bus lines stop outside the apartment so you can get anywhere in London you wish to go. There are MANY great restaurants to enjoy, including the Indian restaurant downstairs. The apartment is spotlessly clean, organized and easy to use. I really appreciated having a selection of coffee pods for the espresso machine. It was nice to have a hot cup of coffee before launching out to the city. The washing machine was also nice to use for freshening up clothes mid-way through our stay. The heat works really well and had the place warmed up in no time. Take care with the towel warmer in the bathroom as it gets really hot to the touch - perfect for keeping towels dry and fresh and warming up the bathroom. We really appreciate the care and attention in scheduling the apartment. Your team is super easy to work with and Darren intro to the apartment was excellent. Thank you again! We had a great time!

Whatever we did during the day, we finished our evening around our apartment for dinner, dessert and people-watching. Wolfgang has ‘thought through and supplied everything for your needs. The little newsagents next door but two was very handy for the morning papers.

I reached out and Mike the manager came to meet us at the apartment to help me, my mother, aunt, and one year old with all of our baggage. He also went above and beyond by offering to meet us when we were checking out. The flat is spacious, and comfortable right in the heart of the city. We had a great stay! Note that it is a 2nd story walk up.

Abends zum Essen um die Ecke in Covent Garden und Soho war einfach perfekt. Top Wohnung! Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wolfgang und Mike machen einen tollen Job und sind wirkliche Superhosts. Kleinste Fragen und Anliegen wurden prompt erledigt. Die Schlafzimmer nach hinten zum Hof sind sehr ruhig zum schlafen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden beim nächsten London Aufenthalt es wieder versuchen hier unterzukommen.

I mean, this thing is wrecked. Wolfgang and his team were great to work with on getting in and out. We did not need to contact them for anything during our stay, but they were proactive and helpful leading up to the stay. I'd book again because the location was ideal and the place was fine - especially if the get the mattress issue sorted.

July 2024We have spent a week at the apartment and it was great! The location is perfect - right in the walking part of the Strand, couldn't be more central and well placed - walking distance basically everywhere if you like walking, public transportation is also great. A few small places and cafes next door, plenty of pubs/restaurants nearby, two Tesco express stores close by. The bedrooms are facing the inner yard, so they are quiet enough. The kitchen has everything you need, plus a fully functional dishwasher and a washing machine, which were very useful for us. The detergents and basic kitchen things (like foil, paper towels, coffee and tea etc) were already there, which is also saved us a pain of getting the basics - really appreciated! Wolfgang and the team were proactive in communication, before and during our stay, which made it easier for us, and we had no problem whatsoever in finding the place or during our stay - thank you!!! Great for a city stay, would stay there again!

July 2024Great location! Street was blocked for car traffic so that helped cut down on the city noise. Apartment was close to restaurants, bars and the tube was a short walk away. Kitchen is small but usuable. Building is old so expect some creaky and uneven floors. Shower is a little tough to get in and out because of the height of the tub and not much to hold on to. Enjoyed our stay there with a family of four.

July 2025If you want a walkable location to tons of restaurants, and pubs, this location couldn’t be better! However, we went in the middle of June and the place does not have air conditioning. There are fans in every room but still can be a bit hot during the summer months. The kitchen could be better equipped if you plan on cooking yourself. It wasn’t a big issue as there are limitless eateries just outside your door. The host, Wolfgang was very responsive to all my questions and concerns and responded immediately.

Super posizione anche per visitare: siamo andati a piedi al Big Ben, Covent Garden e Saint Paul Cathedral. Abbiamo preso anche Uber Boat per il Tower Bridge dall’Embankment Pier che rimane a 10 minuti di distanza. Abbiamo vissuto per 4 giorni in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati ottimamente: l’appartamento ha tutto il necessario ed è ben arredato. Segnalo solo un paio di rampe di scale ( che comunque è un classico in Inghilterra ) che magari a qualcuno potrebbero dare qualche difficoltà. L’host è disponibile e reattivo.

The apartment was as described and shown in the photos and didn't disappoint. The layout was great - surprisingly spacious, and the furnishings were modern and stylish. Comfortable beds! Wolfgang was very helpful and responsive, and everything went smoothly with our stay. We did find the apartment quite noisy at night, but it's such a central location this was to be expected. It didn't take away from a great stay.

Beds were very comfortable(although if you are over 6’ tall the beds would be kind of short) . The area was very walkable and lots to see. This flat would be great for about any type of guests, although if you have mobility problems there are 2 flights of narrow stairs with several turns to get up so keep that in mind.

August 2023Die Lage ist einfach unglaublich, zentraler geht es kaum! Und dennoch ruhig, so dass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Zumindest in den Schlafzimmern. Im Wohnzimmer ist es von der Straße her etwas lauter, aber immer noch völlig okay. Man findet alles in der Wohnung, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber das war kein Problem. Die Koffer müssen ja nur 1 x rauf und 1 x wieder runter. Direkt vor der Tür sind mehrere Haltestellen für Busse und die Tube ist auch nicht weit weg. Die Themse ist auch nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Cafés, Restaurants und Supermarkte vor der Tür. Alles in allen eine super zentrale Unterkunft!

August 2023Pros: The apartment was in an amazing location with lots of restaurants, shops, and transport near by. The place was in a beautiful part of covent garden but was slightly tucked away from the business of the streets. The unit was as described with all of the necessary things available in the apartment. The place was very clean and all of the linens/essentials provided. Cons: you have climb a lot of narrow stairs to get to the unit and no lift available. This was not explained in the description. It was difficult to get heavy suitcases all the way to the 2nd floor. The washroom is small and needs updating. The bathtub is super high and not easy to use if older/kids. No A/C, but fans provided.

January 2024We have spent 2 Nights at Steve‘s airbnb and highly recommend it. Communication was easy and proactive. We didn’t know how to switch on the heater and we had Support the Minute we got in touch. The Livingroom is spacious and it is calm- eventhough it is in the middle of everything. If you want to spent nice relaxing days in central London - thats the place to be. :)

March 2024Location, location, location. I could not have asked for a better place to stay for my first trip to London. From the Indian restaurant right next door, to the close by entry to the underground, this place was in the middle of it all. Also just blocks away from wonderful shopping and more restaurants and pubs than you could count. I will definitely be staying here again during my next trip to London!

March 2025We had an excellent stay at Steve's place. The location was great- beautiful church, restaurants, and mini-marts nearby plus it is walkable to the London Eye and other major sites. The apartment is cozy and spacious and all needed items were present including some thoughtful welcome wine! Steve provided two cribs and two high chairs for our little ones- a game changer for parents traveling with little ones! Would definitely stay here again!

March 2025Location is in the middle of the Strand and in a pedestrian/bike area so very walkable & close to many nice restaurants. Area was decently quiet at night considering how busy the area is. Never felt unsafe. Older building & little confusing at first on which flat we had but had help from a neighbor. It’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator & tight staircase. The rooms are a little tight & both have a full mattress. We used the sofa as a bed for my toddler which it’s the one from ikea that folds flat, not an actual mattress which was fine for her. Wish the bathroom had at least a shelf to put things on since there was 4 of us. This flat worked for our short stay.

June 2025We stayed at the flat for three nights and found the location to be fantastic and easy to find . It’s on a small pedestrian area so it was very quiet at night . We could walk to Covent Garden in five minutes and it was so close to all the main theatres , so we saw a show , whilst there . The flat was exactly like the photos and it was clean and comfortable . Steve was very communicative before & during our stay. We had a great few days and I would definitely book again . I can recommend it .

November 2025Steve was an amazing host and when next in London we will certainly stay there again. The apartment was exactly as described and located in such a convenient location. Close to restaurants, public transport and the theatre’s along with supermarket so we could wake up and cook our own breakfast before heading off for the day. Check in was super easy and communication was very quick and responsive. We were running late for the check in time we had advised and we contacted Mike (manager for check in) he put our mind at ease quickly and assured us that all would be fine. I highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Steve for a fantastic stay. Till next time :)

November 2025Un appartement que je recommande pour un séjour sur Londres, proche des commodités, énormément de choses peuvent être faite à pied (Covent Garden,Solo, Piccadily, Trafalgar Square) et des bons marcheurs peuvent aller jusqu’à Big Ben et Tower Bridge sans problème. Le logement est conforme aux photos, belles équipements de l’appartement. Steve est très réactif par message, c’est appréciable et la communication a été très fluide. Il est par contre au deuxième étage, sans ascenseur et l’escalier est un peu étroit, je le déconseille pour des personnes avec des jeunes enfants (poussette) et des personnes à mobilité réduite.

July 2023Everything was perfect. We spent three nights at Sabi’s apartment. The apartment is exactly as described, perfect location, comfy beds, my grandson loved the entertainment center. Sabi is the best. I was traveling with my 15-year-old granddaughter and 11 year old grandson. This was our first visit to London. Sabi really went above and beyond with recommendations for luggage storage, car service, and nearby restaurants and attractions. If you stay here, some nearby restaurants we walked to were Frankie and Benny’s, Pizza Express, I don’t remember the name but we walked to a boat restaurant across from the Eye, and for a special dinner one night Sabi recommended Hawksmoor Seven Dials. We loved everything about our stay.

We walked to 7 dials, Mayfair, SOHO, Covenant Gardens, Chinatown, etc...several convenient stores nearby if you need food and/or toiletries. Lyceum Theater is a 3 minute walk. Or walk across the Waterloo Bridge just quick 5 minute walk. A true gem!

November 2023Adi's flat in Covent Garden was perfect for us. It's on a walking only street (no cars zooming by), centrally located to several underground stations, as well as a short 10-15 minute walk over to SOHO if you feel like trying the local corner pubs. Check in was a piece of cake, the place is clean and the bedrooms are in the back so they're nice and quiet. I would recommend it to a friend for sure.

November 2023This is a spacious, well-appointed flat right next to Somerset House - the location was superb and we enjoyed our stay. Communication was extensive. Like a lot of places these days, this is a serviced apartment run by a business (not clear in the listing) so don’t expect personal touches or a homely feel. I did not find the beds terribly comfortable. Nonetheless, a great base for a short working stay.

It is stated in the property description (but I forgot!) that there is no lift and the apartment is on the second floor, so be aware! There is some outside noise from the busy streets if you are sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment itself is quite spacious by central London standards and comfortably fit our family of five. The interiors were modern and had everything we needed - even a Play Station to keep the kids entertained when we weren't out and about. Recommended.

February 2026Great central location in London. Very spacious apartment, quiet building and neighborhood at night, but close to numerous theaters and Temple tube station. Rental unit was as described in online listing. Adjustable heating in winter was nice and warm. There was a washer/dryer "combo" machine in the kitchen, which was convenient -- but it seemed to take a oddly long time to dry so don't expect to wash large loads or a quick wash/dry situation with that kind of machine. The stairwell to walk up to the unit is quite narrow, so it was tricky to carry our heavy, large suitcases. I would definitely stay here again next time we visit London because of the size, location, and overall value. So much better than a hotel. Host/owner and property manager kept in touch during my stay and were very responsive and helpful. Thank you!
