Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Central Garden in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major London sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!

December 2019This place is great, the apartment lovely and bright, loved the kitchen space, and the location is fabulous. Many restaurants and shops nearby, a few blocks to Royal Opera House and many theaters amd of course Covent Garden Market. Easy walk to the underground and to buses making it easy to move around the city and for those who enjoy exploring on foot or bicycle just a great central west location within easy distance of so much of London. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating, the place was sparkling, we would happily visit again!

The apartment has everything you could hope for, excellent kitchen, very clean and very well fitted out. The washer and drier were very handy to have. Communication with hosts was easy and check well organised. If you’re looking for a little luxury for a stay in London this is the place to have. If we return this place will be top of the list for accommodation.

April 2021Very good location, in the downtown area, about 20 minutes walk from Oxford Street and Chinatown. The property has an elevator, and it is convenient for people with luggage to check in. The hot water supply is sufficient and the room is well lit. Bedding, bath towels and other items are quite clean. However, at the time of booking, I confirmed with the host that is the sofa bed workable, but the sofa bed was still broken after we arrival. Fortunately, the landlord found a worker to fix it the next day. The living room of this house, that is, the place where the sofa bed is placed, has no curtains. The sunlight in the morning is very dazzling, and the sound insulation is not good, which is not suitable for sleeping. It is recommended that less than or equal to 6 people stay. The heating will suddenly roar in the middle of the night and wake us up from our sleep. If we don’t get up and adjust the button, the roar will continue. We booked for four nights, but only stayed for three nights due to various reasons mentioned above.

The street is surprisingly quiet at night considering it’s literally 5 min walk from Covent Garden. Apartment is so close to a number of subways making it perfect for travelling all over London easily. Rio helped with questions I had about touristy things and he also messaged to make sure we were happy. I can’t recommend this apartment and Rio enough!! We would definitely stay again. August 2019We stayed here in August with 2 kids and found the place very conveniently located. The apartment is a great size and well equipped with everything we needed. The only downside of the apartment was that it was a little bit loud through the night, but given the location, to be expected. It would have been great if there was some flexibility in the policy about leaving bags with check-in/check-out. The policy about leaving bags (even for half an hour) was very strict and with the kids we found this to be a bit challenging.

It can be a bit noisy at night being close to the Covent Garden area, but worth a bit of noise for the convenience of location. Good location for anything in central London (theatre, sightseeing) with loads to see & do within a couple of miles and easy access to transport if you want to travel further. A bit louder outside noise at night than I anticipated, but nothing a pair of earplugs doesn't fix. There's never really a quiet time in central London! Doesn't detract from a great Airbnb though. Would use again and recommend!

April 2019A lovely flat, in a great location 2 minutes from Covent Garden and all the theatres, cafes and restaurants. Please be aware that the flat is on the fourth floor and whilst there is a lift it is tiny and only really suitable for 2 people and not for anyone who dislikes small spaces! The staircase area is perfectly adequate but the floors are in different states, as these areas are obviously maintained by the residents. This obviously doesn’t distract from the apartment itself. We would return to stay at the apartment again.

Amenities were also excellent washing machine /dryer etc., along with everything needed to have a great stay- toiletries, salt/pepper etc. The only real issue was the noise from the street, especially during the weekends- it got quite loud, as well as noise from school yard during day. I would recommend this apartment for location and amenities, just be aware that noise could be an issue, if your a light sleeper.

February 2019You will have a great experience if you stay here. The apartment is flawless with many high end touches. It comfortably housed our family of 6. Beds were very comfortable and there is loads of closet space. Washer dryer in unit, tea and espresso machines and hairdryers were great touches. The location right in the middle of Covent Garden was perfect, but even better is the street itself is just tucked off the Main Street so it is quieter while still steps away from restaurants and shows. The hosts greeted us when we arrived, were flexible when we needed it, and were caring in letting us know we accidentally left an item so we could return for it. Wish we lived closer and could return for another stay soon!

The flat is wonderfully laid out and located in the heart of Covent Garden, extremely convenient to all central London. It is has all the amenities one needs for a great visit and is perfectly clean and well maintained. This was our first experience with Airbnb and we are off to a great start. March 2018We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steve's flat. The location was amazing - so close to shops, train station, restaurants, bars, and all the sights. The pictures on the site were 100% accurate. It was very comfortable for 4 adults. We all had our own space and the 1.5 bath was a bonus. The kitchen is spacious and well appointed. The living room was full of sunlight from the windows. It was a bit noisy - but that's expected in central London. Check-in process was smooth and we were met at the agreed upon time. I would definitely go back.

Plenty of restaurants close by and if you’re wanting to go to the theatre there are plenty to choose from within walking distance. The amenities are excellent, Steve has thought of everything to make a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We took our 3 month old baby as the apartment comes with a travel cot and he was very settled there. The lift is a bit tight for access, but if you have a collapsible pram like us then this is still workable. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay in London!

February 2018Steve’s apartment in the heart of Covent Garden is a great find. Our family of 6 was easily accommodated in this apartment that has three nice size bedrooms, a pullout sofa bed in the living room and an additional sofa that can serve as a bed. The kitchen is huge for an apartment with modern appliances and large family size table. Coffee and tea were well stocked and waiting for us when we checked in. My 17-year old son thought the internet speed was even faster than at home. Steve responded to all our queries within a half hour (if even that long a time). We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to any families or friends who want a comfortable, extremely reasonable stay in one of the best neighborhoods in London.

You'll be in the middle action and on weekends it can get loud as theater goers and partiers walk by the flat especially in the front bedroom. But the location of Steve's place outweighs this drawback greatly. For our 6 day trip in London we never traveled more than 15 minutes in any direction to catch all our sights! Steve's place is spacious and very inviting. The living room was far handier than I thought and we spent a lot of time just lounging in there. I thought it was a good value.

January 2018Location. location. location. Hard to beat this spot, easy access to tons of local restaurants, shops, theaters and transportation. Easy to access many top attractions by foot or by tube/bus. The property has one full bath and one half bath, which was enough for 5 of us since we were split on who liked showering early or late. Well appointed property with nice security and good kitchen. A couple of small things to be aware of: the front bedroom facing the street is surprisingly noisy for being 4 floors up (don't worry, there is a lift), I guess due to single pane windows, so light sleepers may want earplugs. The bathroom has no outlets for shavers, hair dryer, etc. and one of 4 ceiling lights is out, so kind of dark in there. My kids said the Wi-fi was spotty or weak back in the back bedrooms. On the positive side, there is a dishwasher and small washer/dryer in the unit, very convenient. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and everything was quite clean and updated. Multiple TVs available, good quality screens. Once we made contact with managers via text, everything went fine. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay again any time. One tip if travelling with family: the London pass dining card has several participating restaurants in the area, which were not high end but perfectly fine, and for a family up to 6 will save tons (20-50% off). Thanks for a great stay!

September 2020Tucked away in a private courtyard, this house is a fantastic place to stay. Can’t recommend it highly enough. It has a little furnished courtyard area that is a great place to sit after a day’s sight seeing. Peaceful at night with restaurants and shops nearby. The house is equipped with everything you need and has been thoughtfully styled to provide homely touches. Lovely bathrooms and perfectly equipped kitchen. Everything you possibly need to a fantastic stay in London.

January 2021Wonderful and very affordable flat for an amazing location, only a few meters from Covent Garden. Very nice flat with a full equiped kitchen + additional useful appliances/accessories (double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer & CD player). Having 2 toilets was just perfect when we are a big family like us as the 8 of us stayed in this flat. However there was no first need equipment for babies (no baby bed or high chair). 3 spacious bedrooms with loads of storage and 2 of them had a TV which helped our teenagers to have good times by playing with their playstation. We didn't know the host had even left a PS3 with games for his guests to play. Our toddler had touched/pressed some buttons next to the oven so it wasn't working in a first place but we immediately called the lady (that did the check in) managing the flat as the host wasn't in the country. She instantly gave us the right instructions over the phone to make the oven working again and it did perfectly as we enjoyed a tummy Turkey for Christmas. Only disappointment was with the sofa-bed in the living room as it was broken/not really usable as once opened in 'bed mode', one side of the bed wasn't staying onto the frame but on the floor instead so my son had to sleep totally curled up on one small side. Then when we mentioned this issue to the host and requested a little refund, he never got back to us, never replied, which is a shame as our first few contact with him was extremely good and friendly. So we recommend this flat despite this last communication issue as we had a very good time there, enjoying a long walk at night in central London but you'll need to double check with the host if all beds are usable before booking especially the sofa bed in the living room if you are more than 6 people wanting to stay.

September 2021The location was absolutely amazing. Walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and shopping area. It is a busy area so you will have sounds in the neighborhood, but it was fun to hear some musical fans in group singing the songs as they go home. Unfortunately we stayed when the block had some gas outage, but Steve/Tom has communicated with us thoroughly to work things out. They were professional hosts.

It is really big and feels very safe, a great bargain for accommodation in the area. Steve was very easy to deal with and responded straight away to us when we had some queries.

January 2022This is a very nice place in the heart of the theater district in London. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as supermarkets, shops and taxi's (Do not use uber in London as the taxi cab drivers are well trained, friendly and much more knowledgeable about London). Steve's place is well taken care of, which I was very happy to see given the state of other places I have recently rented through AIRBNB- they do a really lousy job of monitoring their listings. Everything worked and the place was clean and quiet. I would highly recommend Steve's place to other travelers.

The apartment was exactly as described and photographed. Large enough for a family of six, with a great kitchen and sitting area, and comfortable bedrooms with lots of storage. The elevator was very helpful and a big bonus for one in our party. There was some noise from the street at night but that’s to be expected given the great location. And it was nothing that was too disturbing. We would definitely come here again! 5/5

October 2023This apartment served us well for our first trip to London. It had plenty of size for 4 adults on a guys weekend. The TV room has a door closing it off from the rest of the apartment, essentially creating a 4th bedroom. Located on the edge of Covent Garden you are separated from all the action but a very short walk to get right in it. I will try to stay here again on my next trip to London.

February 2024A fabulous apartment in a fabulous location! We were a large family group with a lively 3 year old granddaughter and the apartment provided everything we needed. The large living room was a great place for us all to get together with the comfortable bedrooms enabling us to have some privacy and quiet too. Communication with Steve was excellent and he responded to my many questions and queries almost immediately giving us tips and suggestions. Mike arranged our check in and allowed us to drop our bags early which was very much appreciated. The location was great and we were able to walk to the theatre and many restaurants. We used the tube to visit all the attractions. Overall a wonderful few days in London. We will definitely return Steve’s apartment.

May 2024We’ve always used hotels in London. This is the first time using airbnb there and the location of this place is hard to beat! Near everything, from tube stations to buses, etc. We had two seniors in our group and despite looking a bit old, the elevator made life very easy. There were six of us and it always felt very spacious. All and all, a great place to stay particularly for groups this big. Steve and Mike were very proactive and responsive all the time! Gracias!!!

Steve is very responsible, helpful, and professional. We enjoyed our trip and this Airbnb was a big part of that, allowing us to spend time together in the kitchen in the mornings or living room in the evenings versus being crammed in smaller hotel rooms.

October 2024We split our time between Southwark area and Covent Gardens. When I first looked at the listing I was concerned about the distance to the square. It ended up being at most 5 minutes walk. I preferred this side of Covent Gardens as we had little kids and things can get loud towards Soho. endless restaurants are nearby. Piccadilly tube is just over 5 minutes walk. We did high tea at Charley and the chocolate factory due to young kids which is about 4 blocks away. The transport museum which is free for kids is a 5 minute walk. I jogged most mornings along the Thames to Westminster or to St Pauls. We utilized the tube or on a few occasions the Thames "uber" clipper which the kids loved. We were quite satisfied particularly with the location. Would stay again.

May 2019They stay was great. Location is good. But, 1 bathroom to be shared in a 3 bedroom apartment is kind of congested. Shower could be fixed as the water level is too low. Kettle is dirty. The street cleaning depot is just next to apartment entrance. Lots of rubbish stack up next to main door that is quite irritating. The noise at night from the truck to depot will make the room facing front road a bit noisy. If you are a light sleeper, it’s better to take the other 2 rooms at the back of the apartment. Overall was ok. The electricity was tripped during 2nd day of our stay. The host responded very fast on the solution.

This unit was properly stocked with enough toilet paper, washer/dryer detergent & softener, dishwasher soap ect. to last us our 5 days. Very appreciated! The washer / dryer is in the unit and works great! I would have packed less knowing this, so something to keep in mind. The cook top works great if you find yourself making a meal. A tesco is a few minutes walk away -- might want to bring a canvas tote for lugging groceries back. Comes in handy. The bathrooms: 1 full bath and one 1/2 bath. 6 of us worked well in this unit. The bed mattresses looked thin at first glance... but we all slept really well, even my older parents. All rooms were a very nice size - never felt cramped. This unit is in a quiet building (with a lift!) 2 blocks from Covent Garden market -- which is perfect. The unit is not on a crazy busy street. The front bedroom you should expect a bit more outside noise - there is a school next door. We used a white noise app on our phone and heard nothing! Covent Garden is a wonderful area to explore. Shops, restaurants (both high end and very moderate) and street performers... and of course, the Underground - which we used every day. So easy! *The Underground (Piccadilly line) goes straight from Heathrow to Covent Garden. You are a casual 10 min walk to Trafalgar Square or Piccadilly Circus. My son and I walked to the Palace one night in 20 minutes. Truly this location is wonderful. Enjoy!

October 2018Very spacious and complete appartment at an amazing location. Walk for a few minutes and you pass more than one theatre. Quick walk to a few subway stations. Everything you need is available in the appartment. The living room is very nice to sit after a day of sightseeing. We went out for dinner, but the kitchen offers the opportunity to cook a proper meal! Communication was great and although we could not stay in the appartment, we could already leave the luggage and got a quick tour and the keys.

You can easily walk to many areas of the city and the tube is located close by as well. February 2023This was a wonderful stay, and so close to deserving 5 stars. It is good value for money but there are things that could be done to provide a better experience. The apt is more monochrome furniture than advertised and it is quite drafty. All amenities listed were there and the lift worked which was great for accessibility. The apartment was clean with ample towels. Andi is a great host and very responsive. The location can't be beat and there are lots of options for food and bars etc but you should expect a decent amount of noise. On weekend nights it was quite loud so I would recommend bringing ear plugs, during the day there is school which has recess for most of the day and with the windows being so thin it is really quite loud. That is outside of the properties control but it is worth noting if you plan on spending a lot of time in the air bnb during the day. I would stay in this location again, the 4 stars is just for the windows, heat and slightly different than advertised.

March 2023This was a perfect place for myself and 2 grown boys. It’s hard to find a 3 bedroom or even 3 beds in London at a reasonable price. Andy’s place was a very spacious unit with 3 bedrooms, a nice living space and awesome kitchen. We loved the area and really felt like we were immersed in the city and feel of daily Lindon life. The unit is well stocked - laundry detergent, kitchen staples, paper goods, plenty of towels, and a nice surprise was nespresso with the ours. Having the 1/2 bath was helpful when the full bath was as occupied. The building has a tiny elevator which we only used on check in and check out days. Otherwise walked the 4 floors. It is noisy between the street and school next door but we planned for this. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasant surprise to find tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil etc. We were also really appreciative of all the cleaning materials and soap etc. the location is amazing - so easy to get to and being so close to a number of the theatres is really special. We would definitely stay here again.

December 2024Our group (3 adults and two children (5/2.75)) stayed this fall. This is a well-appointed flat (on the 4th floor) with an unbeatable location. We had been in London the previous month and stayed further out and for this trip I wanted to be close to the action and this fit the bill. Easily walkable to convent gardens and seven dials and several key tube stations! The flat is great, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms (including a tub). The other reviews are correct that it is a bit noisier in the front bedroom but still worth it as you get used to it. The kitchen was well stocked and laundry worked great too. They also have someone that can come triage issues quickly and everyone was responsive. As an fyi, if the lift has issues, be prepared to hike. We had a yoyozen stroller that fit with an adult but it was snug. If bringing a stroller, make sure it’s light, easily foldable in case you have to carry it due to the building shutting off the lift.

Tous les monuments de Londres peuvent se faire en transports en commun. Beaucoup de choses sont déjà dans l’appartement. Pour nous qui voyageons avec des enfants, la machine à laver / sèche linge étaient vraiment un plus ! Je dirais que le seul petit bémol est le bruit de rue le soir jusqu’à 23h/minuit. Mais sinon, tout était parfait ! Je recommande +++ Merci !

January 2025Excellent place to stay in central London for a large group. Our family of five adults and two children had no trouble fitting comfortably. We used the kitchen intensively during our stay and it had all the necessary equipment. Any issues were quickly addressed by the host and we were able to have the place cleaned once during our stay. The biggest draw is the location, which is perfect for reaching all tourist attractions in central London by foot, bus, or tube.

July 2025Our stay at Andi’s place exceeded expectations! We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the apartment was for our group of three adults and three children. Our host was welcoming, friendly and responsive. We had all of the information we needed and could contact them with any questions we had and receive a prompt and helpful response. The area of Covent garden has heaps of restaurants and is in the heart of where many of the theatres are for popular shows. We had easy and close access to public transport or could enjoy a walk to our destinations if we chose as we always felt safe and there was lots to experience along the way. Despite a hotter than expected forecast, we were comfortable with the ability to open windows and utilize the provided fans. Excellent stay and will highly recommend to our friends! October 2025We loved this place! It was a perfect size for our family (five adults and one toddler) visiting from the states. The place was immaculately clean and felt relatively private (as much as one can get in the city), and had plenty of natural sunlight. There’s so much storage as well, with huge floor to ceiling closets in all the rooms. The hosts were extremely considerate and great at communicating. They truly have thought of everything you might need, from power adapters, to an espresso machine, to laundry and dish detergent by. It was very easy to check-in and get into the apartment building. The building does have a (tiny!) elevator, which was nice since it’s on the 4th floor.

L appartement est très grand et confortable. Une cuisine super pour les ptits dej et les repas à 6, un salon parfait pour les soirées (avec même une PS4! Préparez vous, parents!!) Beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres, de quoi y passer largement 15j! Deux des 3 chambres sont calmes, celle des « parents » donne sur une rue très passante avec beaucoup de traffic/camion la nuit; prévoyez les boules quies! L’hôte est très sympa et gère parfaitement la communication. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

November 2023This is the best stay I’ve had in London. You are with a short walk of 4 different tube stations and lots of lines. You can get anywhere quickly. It’s a straight shot from Heathrow too. Place has an elevator which is helpful for bags on a 4th floor. Great location! Clean! Just as described. I would recommend and stay again. Thanks Ryan! Plus a cleaning service done halfway through our two week stay with fresh linens and towels. A+

November 2023The apartment in Covent Garden is as described. I would add that it has super easy access to the waterloo train station as well as the one in SoHo. It feels very homey and is laid out in a spacious way that offers one privacy. Ryan is very communicative and makes the stay feel very welcoming, without imposing. I would definitely go back to London, and when doing so, I will likely search for Ryan's offerings again.

March 2024We really enjoy the property and the size for four of us; we had individual sleeping areas which was wonderful. The only slight downside was the street noise in the front rooms, which was nothing that is not typical in a city, particularly given the excellent central location. We were able to walk everywhere quite easily, and there are plenty of nearby places to eat. Ryann was a great host and communicator, and I would most definitely recommend the flat and working with Ryan!

April 2025Staying in this covent garden spot was PERFECT! The location was amazing; super close to the tube, great restaurants, and any show you might want to see. The apartment was clean, very spacious, and Ryan provided very clear instructions and user guides. There were even helpful baby extras which made our stay so easy and comfortable. The only thing I would note is that, if you’re going to have someone sleep in the living room, make sure they’re a sound sleeper. The bicycle taxis outside can be a little loud. (Worked great for my kiddo - just noting for lighter sleepers) Overall, can’t recommend highly enough. Would certainly return on a future London trip.

It was also easy to catch the bus and take the metro. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we had a lovely stay.
