Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Central Garden in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major London sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!
We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:
- No parties are allowed on the premises at any time
- Keep down the noise, especially after 10:00 pm
- No smoking
- No pets
- Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available

September 2024Rio’s apartment was large , plenty of room for the 5 of us, clean and tidy absolutely everything we needed , felt like home. The street is surprisingly quiet at night considering it’s literally 5 min walk from Covent Garden. Apartment is so close to a number of subways making it perfect for travelling all over London easily. Rio helped with questions I had about touristy things and he also messaged to make sure we were happy. I can’t recommend this apartment and Rio enough!! We would definitely stay again. June 2024Good location, centrally located however VERY noisy in one of the front rooms! We travelled with 3 children and navigating a fourth floor without lift access was challenging. Albeit out of their control we were granted a late checkout for compensation on the last day.

November 2023Fantastic apartment. Loads of space for three adults and three children (PS5 was a major plus for some!!). The apartment was spotless, the beds really comfortable and the living room is very spacious and ideal for relaxing. The high point is the location, across the street from the Theatre Royal and Covent Garden, the river, Southbank and Westminster all easily walkable, even with a five year old. Would highly recommend

April 2021Very good location, in the downtown area, about 20 minutes walk from Oxford Street and Chinatown. The property has an elevator, and it is convenient for people with luggage to check in. The hot water supply is sufficient and the room is well lit. Bedding, bath towels and other items are quite clean. However, at the time of booking, I confirmed with the host that is the sofa bed workable, but the sofa bed was still broken after we arrival. Fortunately, the landlord found a worker to fix it the next day. The living room of this house, that is, the place where the sofa bed is placed, has no curtains. The sunlight in the morning is very dazzling, and the sound insulation is not good, which is not suitable for sleeping. It is recommended that less than or equal to 6 people stay. The heating will suddenly roar in the middle of the night and wake us up from our sleep. If we don’t get up and adjust the button, the roar will continue. We booked for four nights, but only stayed for three nights due to various reasons mentioned above.

The only thing I would say is to expect noise from the street and also from the school in the morning. Those in bedrooms close to the school were woken early from the noise. Otherwise we had a excellent experience!

The apartment has everything you could hope for, excellent kitchen, very clean and very well fitted out. The washer and drier were very handy to have. Communication with hosts was easy and check well organised. If you’re looking for a little luxury for a stay in London this is the place to have. If we return this place will be top of the list for accommodation.

December 2019This place is great, the apartment lovely and bright, loved the kitchen space, and the location is fabulous. Many restaurants and shops nearby, a few blocks to Royal Opera House and many theaters amd of course Covent Garden Market. Easy walk to the underground and to buses making it easy to move around the city and for those who enjoy exploring on foot or bicycle just a great central west location within easy distance of so much of London. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating, the place was sparkling, we would happily visit again!

Very clean and super comfortable, with all amenities and top furnishings, even better than in pictures. One of the best Airbnb urban rentals we have stayed in.
