Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Central Garden in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major London sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!
We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:

- Keep down the noise, especially after 10:00 pm
- No smoking
- No pets
- Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available

January 2020Excellent central location. Very comfortable unit. Had everything we needed. Had some issues with slow communication and unanswered communication with the people that the host had arranged to be the point of contact during our stay, and arrived to a plugged sink that would not drain. The common area (where there is a sofa bed) was fairly noisy during the night for sleeping as it fronts onto a busy street, but otherwise was a pleasant stay.

December 2019This is the perfect location for anyone visiting London as you are just minutes from Covent Garden market, but also top tourist attractions such as St Paul’s Cathedral and Trafalgar Square are within walking distance, as well as excellent restaurants and shops. You really have everything you need here, so although the price may seem high, I honesty think it is good value for money considering the location of this stylish and clean apartment. Being able to walk around London rather than trekking on and off tubes all the time, and having somewhere nice to return to and chill really takes the stress out. Me and my two boys had a great time over the Christmas period, and I would highly recommend this apartment (which thankfully had free WiFi and Netflix). The hosts were responsive and professional and all arrangements were exactly as communicated. They also seemed like very nice people when we met them briefly. This was my fist Airbnb booking so I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend.

July 2018Great place right in the heart of London. Very spacious, clean and had plenty of towels. We walked from one end of London to the next and Andis place is right in the middle. You can't beat the location. Pubs, market, cafes, metro all in a 5 min walk, sometimes less. Yes this place may be more expensive then something else you might see, but it was well worth the price. Would definitely stay here again. London was having a heat wave and they supplied fans for the whole house. One note though, this place does not have a lift or elevator, but it is only one flight of stairs and they helped us with our luggage since we had a one year old with us. Besides that no problems going up or down. You are right off the main road, so yes it is noisy in the living room only. There is a door seperating the living room from the bedrooms. Once this is shut I could not hear a thing. Beautiful place, looked renovated and new, right smack in the middle of everything.

June 2018We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this flat. It is classy, very well located, and has quiet bedrooms. The host communicated fairly well leading up to check-in. It is worth noting, due to the expensive price of this flat, that we were greeted at check-in not by the host, or by one of the host's main associates, but by a self-described helper of the host's associate. This person acted uncomfortable and lacked an understanding of various basic aspects of the flat (she could not find the router and we showed her how to run the dishwasher). She indicated that the host owns a number of other properties. For a flat of this price you will not likely experience the personal hospitality, or personal touches, that you will experience in other equally priced properties. That stands to reason as the host appears to be juggling this property along with several other properties. None of this is stated with negative intent but rather to provide an honest review of our experience. However, the actual flat is very nice and our stay was great. We believe you will enjoy your stay as well.

Many sights are within walking distance, and you will find a number of tube connections in the vicinity you can choose from to get anywhere. You really are in the heart of London - and there is an incredible variety of pubs, restaurants, shows etc. close by. We have found the appartment very clean, quiet, tastefully furnished and superbly equipped - I cannot think of anything that was missing, even capsules for the Nespresso machine were there! Andi and his team are very courteous, helpful and professional hosts, communications were very friendly and fast before and during our stay. I can warmly recommend this appartment for a perfect trip to London!

May 2023Andi was a great host and really saved us as we had a family member suddenly without lodging and he let both she and a friend stay for no extra charge. That was incredibly kind of him. The home was as described. The gathering room charming and roomy. The couch makes out into a large bed. The dining table roomy. It’s on the 1st floor which to Americans is the 2nd. One flight up. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee and laundry pods. :-) The bedrooms were large and had very large closets. The beds are quite soft. The bathroom large enough. The bathroom shelves were super handy. The location was amazing! Easy access to restaurants, shopping and theater. We would definitely stay again.

June 2025Andi’s place was wonderful. It was very spacious and accommodated 4 of us perfectly. It’s located in a wonderful charming plaza next to St. Mary le Strand Church. They always have wonderful performances since you’re in the theatre district so if you want to watch a show you have sooo many options. We walked everywhere which was very convenient for my elderly parents, 5 minutes away from Covent Garden and market, about 10 minutes away from the British museum, and about 20 minutes away from the London Eye. Andi was a very gracious host. I would stay at his place again!

La única pega que le pongo es que el baño (en concreto la bañera) estaba un poco sucio, la bañera tenía manchas como de pintura y había polvo por los rincones. Una pena, porque por lo demás ha sido un acierto escoger este apartamento para nuestro viaje a Londres. Ryan fue muy amable, contestó siempre rápidamente a nuestras preguntas. Solo espero que mejoren el tema de la limpieza del baño y será perfecto 100%!

Waterloo Bridge has some of the best views of London. Right on the edge of the theatre district, so perfect location if you’re planning to catch some shows. Hop-on Hop-off bus stop is just right up the road. Easy access to city busses and quick walks to several Tube stops. Ryan was on top of communication and made everything super easy. We‘d stay here again in a heartbeat.

June 2023This apartment is perfect for anyone who wants to be right in the mix with everything Central London has to offer. Many restaurants, bars, breakfast, desserts, theater district. Easy transportation access to anywhere in town. And surprisingly quiet for being in a very busy area. We basically never heard city noise from the back bedrooms. Communication was proactive and everything was well in order when we arrived. We were a family of five with elementary age kids. We appreciated having a full kitchen and W/D to eat in or wash clothes when desired. It was a hot week in London and while there is no A/C, there are fans in every room which kept it reasonable at night. There were a couple items we suggested to add to the kitchen, which hopefully will be available for the next guest. I recommend making reservations for dinner if traveling during a busy season. The immediate area was packed and all the highly reviewed spots were filled to capacity.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after days spent exploring London. The apartment is located within walking distance of so many cafes for breakfast/coffee and restaurants for dinner! Also close to so many shopping areas and the Tube as well. The neighborhood is bustling during the day however calms down by night time. We definitely recommend!

L’avantage c’est qu’il est dans un quartier très animé mais dans une rue piétonne donc les nuisances sonores à proximité ne dérangent pas du tout pour dormir dans les chambres ! Arrivée et départ autonome très appréciable. L’hôte est très sympathique, réactif et soucieux du bien être de ses locataires , et cela était vraiment rassurant . Je recommande vivement ! Certes les tarifs semblent élevés mais je pense que cela en vaut vraiment la peine , les prix sont très chers partout dans le centre , mais pour le coût celui ci vous garantit un séjour très confortable ! October 2025This was a really spacious and conveniently located flat. Shopping and restaurants are steps away but it’s on a quiet street which is peaceful at night. The living/dining room is huge with lots of windows and the bedrooms nice and comfortable with great closet space. There are lots of fans everywhere for warmer nights. Although the location is great it should be noted that the flat is on a pedestrian street, a short 1 minute walk from the street. So there’s a bit of a walk when you get dropped off. Also I feel the bathroom needs a deep cleaning and some fixing/updating. It’s a little run down and lots of lime build up but functions well nonetheless. Thank you for a great stay!

We never felt unsafe in the area when walking at night. The clothes washer came in handy. It allowed us to pack less clothes. We arrived very early and I had mentioned it to Ray beforehand. The morning we arrived, he told me we can check in right away since the unit was available. We were able to take a much needed nap before exploring the area.
