Our apartment is perfectly located in the heart of central garden in a safe and secure residential area. With so many major London sights on your doorstep you will not find a better location!
We trust that our guests will take good care of our home and leave it as they found it. However, we do have a few house rules:

- Keep down the noise, especially after 10:00 pm
- No smoking
- No pets
- Unfortunately, luggage storage is not available

August 2021This flat is fantastic! The pictures are absolutely spot on, actually it’s even bigger than it looks!!!! We stayed with a young child and a baby. We felt very safe and the flat had everything we needed and more. The cot provided is more than a standard travel cot, it has a good mattress and comfy topper. The flat was impeccably clean and Rio was extremely attentive to any requests we had before our stay. The location is brilliant. Just a couple of mins walk to Covent Garden one way and The Strand and Charing Cross the other. Trafalgar Square is also walking distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

October 2021This is a clean minimalist apartment. superb location - easy to get to and amazingly located for attractions. Street is v quiet most of time apart from a couple of hours before closing time for the pub nearby - if you have kids just situate them in the second bedroom. Check-in was easy.

The apartment was perfect and clean and had lots of extra amenities to help make travelling with young children a lot easier (high chair, travel cot, kids plates/cups and cutlery). It really felt like home and easy walking distance to lots of places of interest. We will definitely be back and would highly recommended staying here!

August 2023The apartment was incredible. My wife and I traveled with our two daughters. The place was perfect. It was in the best location of Covent Gardens. We walked everywhere for breakfast, lunch and dinner and drinks. The area felt extremely safe and well kept. It is even close enough to walk to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, The Eye, etc. One day we grabbed some bikes and rode over all of the bridges and over to the Borough Market. Rio was extremely communicative during our entire stay. The place was very clean with all of the linens and amenities that we needed. We stared our 2 month trip in London and loved it so much that we will be back at the end of Sept to stay a few more nights before flying home. We will definitely be booking the same place!! Thank you!!

The apartment itself was a beautiful large space - very quiet and private and well-appointed with comfortable beds, amenities including washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs plus children’s utensils/plates. Rio was always prompt, helpful, and kind in his communication. I highly recommend Rio’s flat - it is the perfect place to stay in London!

August 2024My group & I were very happy with our stay at Rios place! Check - in was extremely easy, the location was perfect, and the apartment was spotless! The only downfall we ran into was that we had no air conditioning so the apartment was very hot throughout our trip as we stayed in the middle of a heat wave. Rio did provide multiple fans for us to feel as comfortable as possible, so we appreciated his efforts! Although there is only one bedroom which slept 2, we felt as if we had enough space in the living room to situate the additional 3 of us perfectly fine. For a family or girls trip, it’s a perfect choice. Overall, we had a great experience and we will definitely be staying here again!

The pub downstairs is really great, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. In the summer the nights get pretty warm inside so have that in mind if booking. Host was very responsive, had clear and prompt, timely communication and we had a lovely time in London! Would visit again in the colder months for sure! Great value for money as well.

Only a couple of minutes to Trafalgar square on foot, just a perfect home base for a London visit. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has what you need for a great stay. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Line which we used from LHR airport. Surrounded by buildings so perfect for sleeping, very quiet at night. Heaters worked well. Appreciated the laundry detergent and dish soap. Nice touch with shower gel and shampoo but you may want to bring a bar soap if you're old school like me. Rio was a top notch host. Prompt to communicate and very accommodating for our last minute booking. Thank you!!

My husband and I lived in London for years, and the street the apartment was one was so quiet and tucked off Covent Garden, neither my husband and I had ever seen it. It was incredibly easy to get everywhere and at night it was very quiet. There is a Sainsburys, M&S, Superdrug/Boots all very close by. It is incredibly easy to get transport everywhere or just walk - we were blessed with great weather. I would absolutely stay again!

March 2024The apartment is ideally located in London. We were in walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment is newly renovated and clean. We traveled with two 12 year olds who loved it as well. We had everything we needed and the instructions were clear. Most of the apartment is tile or a wooden floor, which keeps it clean. Only the bedroom is carpeted.

April 2024We loved our stay at rays Airbnb. The location was perfect. Close to the piazza/Covent garden which is a very lively area full of restaurants and shops and much more. Ray was responsive snd great at providing recommendations on restaurants and questions I had regarding a days itinerary. Would love to go back!

June 2025I had a wonderful stay at Ray’s place! The check-in instructions were very clear, and the host was incredibly responsive, kind, and polite throughout. The location is perfect – central and close to great cafes and many attractions, yet the house is set back and quiet, which made it very peaceful. The place was clean and had everything I needed. I truly highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back myself!

July 2025My family and I had a great stay at Ray’s place. The location was centrally located in the Covent Garden neighborhood, yet quiet enough that we opened the windows at night to sleep. Each of my boys used the pullout sofa to sleep. The WiFi worked great, the shower was amazing. Was nice to have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Ray and Mike were prompt with whatever questions we had. The location was about a 6 minute walk to 2 Tube lines which made it convenient to go wherever we wanted to in London. Highly recommended.

August 2025The Flat in London was excellent. It was right in the middle of covent gardens with tons of shops and restaurants just outside the building. The flat was very clean and a nice and quiet place to relax after enjoying London. The flat is in a very central location and you can walk everywhere. It was also a short walk to access the underground. This is a great place to stay and Ray was a great host. Ray communicated with us regarding all of the details and we couldn't have had a better experience.

September 2025We loved every minute of our stay in Ray's apartment it was within walking distance to everywhere we'd planned to visit, theatre, restaurants etc and within 10 mins from Charing Cross so very convenient. While the area is busy, apartment building itself is very secure and we did not experience any noise. Apartment itself was clean spacious and very conveniently arranged. All amenities listed were in working order. Check-in and check-out instructions have been easy to follow. I highly recommend this apartment and will not hesitate to stay there again!

October 2025Flat was very clean, TV had good channels and options, Washer and dryer a plus, Flat was loaded with towels, laundry detergents, dishwasher detergents, plates, glasses, utensils, Entrance was in an alley with a pub next to it. Lots of people in front of it at night due to the pub, It was a little intimidating but we had no issues with anybody, Flat was surprisingly very quiet. Not much of a view though. Near EVERYTHING, restaurants, theaters, landmarks, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar, Grocery stores at your fingertips. Ray and Mike were friendly and readily available when reached out to. January 2026Just finished a great 2 week stay at Ray’s place. It’s hard to imagine a better location. It was steps away from busy Covent Garden but there was absolutely no noise from the neighborhood once we were inside. Easy access to three tube stops for traveling further afield. The apartment offered all we needed for the stay and Ray was responsive from the time of booking until we departed. Highly recommended.

Communication was excellent and the apartment was easy to find and check in. We were even able to check in earlier than planned as the host managed to get the apartment cleaned earlier in the day. September 2025We loved our stay at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, modern and very well stocked. We appreciated all the tea and coffee supplies available to us. The bathroom was especially large with ample counter space to store toiletries. The bedroom had plenty of cupboard space too. The apartment is in a great location, close to lots of shopping and dining. Covent garden is just steps away and so is the tube station. While there are a lot of crowds outside the building we did not find it too loud inside. This was one of the best apartments we have stayed at and would definitely stay there again.

Het appartement was netjes en schoon. Het ligt op een mooie locatie in Londen in een leuke buurt waar veel te doen is. Maar in het appartement is het rustig en merk je hier verder niets van. Kortom een mooie locatie om van daaruit Londen te bezichtigen.

December 2025The apartment was very warm, cozy, and clean. It is in a great location right next to Covent Garden, where you can find lots of shops and activities. The tube station is only a few minutes’ walk away, and you can reach Oxford Street in less than 15 minutes. The apartment itself is very quiet, which was great. The only small downside is that the bar near the entrance can get a bit crowded, but it’s not a big issue since you only pass by it. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place.

January 2025Apartment was easy to find and was in a very secure building. Very spacious for a family of 4 with two sofa beds in the living room, each child had their own space. Unit has a combo washer/dryer that worked well. Also had Wifi, but it was spotty at best, which I assume has to do with the provider as the router was plugged in and in the unit. We really enjoyed the location as we saw Six, which is literally next door and ate at the restaurants in the alley behind the unit. If we make it back to London, we will be sure to stay here again. Thank you so much!

June 2025I will start with all the positive stuff first before some positive criticism Location absolutely fabulous and if you like a characterful pub then it’s 10 steps from the flat entrance ( Nell Gwynne ) Also next door to theatres Flat itself is spacious although it might be a bit cosy for 6 Adults modern finish with Neff appliances plus washer dryer if needed Bathroom cubicle double, large Tvs bedroom + living room Slight criticisms bedroom carpet needs a bit of attention or replacement plus bathroom would benefit from grab handle in shower plus a simple wall wire basket for products and maybe a rubber non slip Matt and lastly white woodwork would benefit from a professional white eggshell finish Question would we stay again Absolutely 😁 Thanks again to Mike ( flat manager ) and Host Stefan Bernie.

November 2025A very comfortable apartment in a great location! Also, the windows are small and the view is limited, despite being in the city center, it’s very quiet. There’s plenty of closet and storage space. The kitchen is very convenient, and the bathroom is spacious. Stefan is always very helpful.
