April 2022The Flat and the location was amazing. It is super central. The flat was very clean, nice furniture and had everything you wish for. The only „sad“ thing was, that the „bar“ downstairs is very very loud till late night (about 3-4 am) and they also have a dance floor (like a mini club) where you can hear the Musik. So the flat was perfect and if you are going for party and come home late, then go for this flat. But if you need it to be calm, then it’s not the best choice.

June 2022We had no idea where to stay in London until we found this place and started doing more research on the area. We got very lucky and picked a superb location. Close to lots of shops, pubs, restaurants. Chinatown, Buckingham Palace, museums just to mention a few. Host thought of everything to have. We traveled from Texas so it was nice he had hair dryer in place :) Space was very plentiful for our family of 4. Just some advice for first time travelers to UK bring a UK converter not EU they are different. We didn’t know ?

Bed felt a little lumpy and milk in the fridge for a cup of tea on arrival would have been a nice touch, but all in all a great flat, great price, great location and great communication from Andi. November 2023Adi was a very responsive host. We had booked his flat, which was unfortunately trashed the night before our arrival, by other guests holding a party. Adi contacted us to let us know the flat required extensive repairs and we would not be able to stay there. I received his message while on the plane to London. He did, however, offer an alternative flat, which worked out perfectly for my family. It was clean, in a fantastic area, very walkable, lots of activity and spacious. The only negative I have is that the beds were not comfortable. Other than that, everything was awesome.

December 2023Andi’s place was great for our group of 4. The location was great for public transport and walking. The space itself was clean and offered all amenities listed. Only downside to this spot was the noise from the venue below. Andi did communicate this in the listing and did double check we were alright with this before our arrival so we knew to expect it. I would definitely recommend staying with Andi and will plan to use his listing next time I’m in the area.

L’appartement est très propre et son emplacement est idéal , vraiment proche de tout . 2 chambres avec 2 salles de bain indépendantes , une cuisine toute équipée , tout est quasiment neuf . Un séjour réussi grâce à son accès facile , métro à 3 min , dépose bagage à proximité le dernier jour . On oublie le seul petit bémol, le bar à côté qui pousse la musique un peu à fond le soir mais nous étions prévenus et avertis . Pour résumer idéal pour 4 personnes , vous pourrez compter sur Andy pour ses conseils . À bientôt Londres et merci Andy ??

February 2024L'appartement d'Andi est tout simplement exceptionnel. Il s'agit d'un T3 à étage. D'un design moderne, il est idéal pour 2 couples, voire 3 avec le canapé convertible. La cuisine et salon/séjour composent la même pièce. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, et accessoires de cuisine. Rien ne manque. Les 2 chambres sont à l'étage, elles disposent chacune d'une salle de bain avec douche et WC. La literie est bonne. En effet, un bar Karaoke diffuse de la musique certains soirs, mais Andi a été très clair sur ce point en nous prévenant. Cela n'a rien gâché. Pour info, la chambre la plus préservée est celle à gauche en montant l'escalier. La propreté est irréprochable à tous niveaux. La communication a été excellente, l'arrivée et le départ fluides. Le quartier est vraiment le cœur de Londres, entre SOHO et COVENT GARDEN : théâtres, shopping, restaurants,... L'appartement d'Andi a contribué à notre formidable séjour londonien, et je le recommande vivement !!

August 2024Great and easy location to find. Getting the key from a local convenience store was quick and painless. From Heathrow we were able to take the Elizabeth line directly to the flat and it was just a quick short walk. Everything was as described - we just had to be cautious with the steep interior stairs and our 3 year old son. Other than that, no complaints!

Il y a club au rez de chaussée de l immeuble et on entend la musique en fond jusque tard (1h30) mais nous avions été prévenu et cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. En résumé, nous reviendrons avec plaisir, nous avons passé un excellent séjour!!

We walked everywhere, shows, restaurants, only underground to Camden Market. Place was spotless, spacious, 2.5 bathrooms a bonus! we were informed about possible noise, there was none. April 2025Very convenient location to the tube, supermarket, and musical. Also very near to chinatown, which is very vibrant. There is a pub downstairs, the music gets loud at night but I find it bearable and also it’s quite nice to have human flow when we come back late at night. Overall a very nice place to stay - there are 2.5 toilets which is really convenient for families. Will stay again :)

October 2022This is a great spot! Right in the heart of soho, everything is close by from shops, restaurants, bars and parks. You can walk everywhere! The host (Wolfgang) and cleaning person were super friendly and helpful. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who helped us with keys and showed us how to use the locks/doors. They offered suggestions for bag storage which was very helpful! We were able to check in easily and without any issues. The only thing worth mentioning is that it is above a loud bar. We stayed Thursday and Friday night and you could hear the music until about 2am. It wasn’t an issue for us and the place and location more than made up for it but it’s definitely worth mentioning if you like to go to sleep early. I’m not sure if it’s different on other nights but we would 100% stay here again when visiting London!

April 2023This place was very nice and our host was very responsive. In someways the pictures do not do it justice. We were there only one night but would have wanted to stay there the whole time if we were not supposed to be elsewhere. It is very nicely apportioned and each room having an en-suite was wonderful. The kitchen is very functional including a dishwasher. Just a heads up for folks with limited mobility. The stairs are tricky but well designed to prevent slipping. it is in an older building so to be expected.

May 2023Grâce à l’emplacement central de cet appartement nous avons pu pleinement profiter de notre séjour. Le logement est superbe, vaste et bien aménagé. On se sent comme des londoniens. Points positifs : 3 WC et 2 salles de bain, 1 pour chaque chambre. Seuls bémol, pour ce tarif plutôt haut de gamme, on pourrait s’attendre à une bouteille d’eau pour notre arrivée ou d’autres attentions. Coté literie, le lit n’est vraiment pas très confortable, mais ces détails n’ont pas ternis notre satisfaction.

Also I can confirm that despite there are a few bars nearby the apartment is very quiet at night with windows closed. The amenities are adequate for our purpose too (family of three all adults). All in all thanks for a great apartment.

June 2023If you are looking for peace & quiet, I don’t recommend this spot as it is above a bar that does get noisy. It wasn’t a problem for my group of 5! I’d see it being an issue for someone else. It’s located in a FANTASTIC spot. Walkable to all things SoHo, it’s near the Tottenham Court tube stop so it’s really convenient to get to Heathrow Airport directly. Large & spacious kitchen with Nice appliances. Updated restrooms. We liked it a lot!

Purtroppo i letti, negli standard inglesi sono piccoli ma soprattutto non sono comodi, probabilmente andrebbero cambiati i materassi. Nelle vicinanze inoltre è presente un Tesco utile per fare un po’ di spesa ma anche moltissimi ristoranti e fast food per mangiare qualcosa. Nonostante la centralità è molto silenzioso e riparato. Check-in veloce e facile, l’host inoltre risponde sempre velocemente. In casa c’è tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, cucina molto fornita. Spazio ampio e vivibile in 5/6 persone. Sicuramente tornerei.

October 2023The location is unbeatable with public transportation within walking distance. We were aware of the music venue on the same block (per description) but were caught off guard by the loud music from the bar directly below the unit. I feel like the listing was a little disingenuous by not mentioning the bar directly below the unit which actually shared the front door to the building. Loud music could be heard until 2:30am on Friday nights. Weeknights were more quiet though. The beds were OK. They appeared to be IKEA spring mattresses which could have been more comfortable. I would have expected something a little more comfortable given the listing mentioning brand new mattresses. The wifi struggled to reach the upstairs rooms and felt a little inadequate. Overall the location was great. I think with some improvements it could be better.

May 2024A great base for everything London has to offer, Oxford St and Tottenham Court Road are a stones throw as is underground. Flat is immaculate, comfortable seating and beds. The stairs are tight to the flat and inside so if reduced in mobility maybe an issue. However the accommodation is perfect, spotlessly clean and everything you could need. Location is perfect. All in all the accommodation is great. Although did not affect us there is a live music bar down below and noise levels can be quite high, Midweek was fine and finished before 11pm, Thursday evening a little later. Our children slept through every evening. A perfect pad for exploring London.

I left behind a sweater by mistake and the hostess was responsive, flexible, and understanding. They ended up shipping my items straight to me free of charge. May 2023The location is really close to everything we wanted to do and the apartment is large and beautifully renovated. The private en-suite for each bedroom was great and plenty of hot water which isn’t a given in London. The apartment is located in an alley, with the building door only locked at night, so not recommended if you have safety concerns. The area is great, the alley just felt a bit scary. We had some electrical and plumbing issues that disrupted our stay but they were quickly handled. There are very narrow steps to and in the apartment so be prepared if you have large luggage. Didn’t love the long list of new rules and possible fines that is sent on check in, didn’t feel very welcoming. Communication happening outside of AirBnB was also an unpleasant surprise. Great home base location wise and looks great, 2min to Oxford and Tottenham Court Road.

March 2024Just so you are fully aware, there's a bar directly underneath the unit. It's that kind of bar where there is always load music going, even on slow nights. So much so that you can feel a slight beat when you're in the bed. So as long as you have earplugs and don't mind the beat, or plan on being out until 2 anyway, you'll be fine. We were there also on a Sunday night, when the bar was closed -- and it was quiet as a mouse. Location was great -- quiet street just around the corner from Tottenham Court tube station, walk to everything.

April 2024The apartment was tidy, fully equipped, and in an extremely convenient location, ideal for a stay right in the heart of the city. It lacked nothing. One thing to note: although the club bar is always mentioned in the description, there were limitations due to the noise, which, although addressed in the description and subsequent information, were downplayed. The fact is, there's a club bar operating on the ground floor, playing music daily (and not occasionally as described) from early evening until the early morning hours. So it was, in any case, during our stay. Not suitable for those sensitive to noise. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and communication with Sabi was very smooth and detailed.

May 2024Sabi’s place is great. It surrounds by so many things to do and trains/busses are all there, so it’s pretty easy to get around. The place is very spacious and clean. I’ll plan to stay here next time I’m in London

April 2025Sabi was a fantastic host, and the place was the perfect balance between a great location and comfortable home base. She provided clear instructions on check in and appliance directions and was proactive during our stay to make sure everything was okay. The description of the space mentions potential noise from the bar downstairs - we could hear a dull sound in the living space; however, it was perfectly quiet from the upstairs bedrooms. This is a great location just a block off of great shopping, restaurants and bars and close to a central Underground station. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to London!

May 2025Nice apartment in a good location. The living area is spacious, as are the bedrooms. The apartment is above a bar/nightclub, so music can be heard in the living room. The bedrooms are upstairs, so the music is quieter, but bass can still be heard up there. Would recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The Smart TV was a little slow, so maybe bring a fire stick with you if you’re going to be spending any time chilling. There was a fair bit of noise coming from downstairs, but wife and I just ended up going to the top floor and it was absolutely fine. Would stay here again.

June 2025Tout s’est très bien déroulé. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre, avec un accès facile à tout, même à pied (commerces, restaurants, transports…). Il y a bien quelques petits éléments à réparer (comme un carrelage), mais rien qui ait nui à la tranquillité du séjour. Le seul bémol concerne la musique du bar situé juste en dessous, qui peut être assez présente dans l’appartement à partir de la fin d’après-midi jusqu’à environ 2h du matin, selon les jours. Cela affecte surtout l’étage salon/cuisine. Les chambres sont un peu mieux isolées, mais pas totalement non plus. À noter également pour les personnes avec une poussette : l’accès se fait par un escalier assez étroit avec quelques marches.

August 2025I’d give this place 3 stars if it were purely based on the apartment itself. But Mike was very responsive and allowed us to checkin a bit earlier which was a god-send after a 12hour flight. So that alone bumped up one star for our stay. The biggest problem for me in this apartment were the beds - mattresses are cheap, extremely uncomfortable and broken down. Especially the one in the left bedroom. That makes it very difficult to get a much needed good night sleep. Also the supposed occasional “event space” downstairs is a full time bar operating Mon-Sat until 2am+. Saturday was especially tough that you could feel the bass vibrations from the walls even with the earplugs. Location was excellent for exploring. However, there is a full time homeless person living in a tent just at the entrance of the street and street unfortunately smells like pee all the time. We were also physically harassed by a homeless person at the entrance of the building while waiting an uber. So beware..

The beds were comfy and the kitchen was clean and modern. The pull out sofa bed came with clean sheets and covers. Please note the music from below does get rather loud but it did not bother our group too much as we were so tired we knocked out anyways. Great location and I would definitely recommend!

El problema es el ruido del barnauenhay debajo, si le molestan los ruidos no podrán dormir a menos que usen tapones. Los cuales tuve que usar casi todos los días menos un día que estuvo cerrado el bar y ahí si había silencio a la hora de dormir. Eso se aclara o varios comentarios lo decían, no fue un problema porque teníamos tapones , pero si no lo llevas o no te gusta usar tapones , será complicado dormir.

O Rudy responde rápido e é bastante sincero sobre o barulho do bar que fica na entrada do prédio e pode incomodar. Mas fomos com nossos dois filhos pequenos e não foi um problema.
